Very glad we left the nearby pub to try this vastly superior alternative. The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was casual and warm, the noise level meant you could have a conversation at your table, and the food was excellent. We really enjoyed the zucchini flowers and the salmon. The Balmain bug pasta was excellent and the pork belly was very generous and the best we have tasted. The winner overall was the extraordinary bougasta (custard parcels) for dessert. So delicious. Very impressed and we will return. Yummy.

The favourite coffee and brunch venue in Drummoyne, only a short walk from the Bay Run. Now also open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Offering a family friendly casual environment well-known by the locals.
We tried this place for breakfast on a weekend. The service was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the pan fried mushrooms with poached eggs and sourdough toast ($19). My husband ordered the huevos rancheros ($19.50). I enjoyed the mushroom dish but thought it was quite pricey given the serving size. I seemed to score the end loaf of the bread so my two pieces of toast were quite small. My husband enjoyed his dish but commented it was very spicy which he didnât mind. Again, not a huge serving size. This is a child friendly place. There is a kidsâ menu and the babychinos were generous glasses of milk. Kids pancake came out of the kitchen quickly. There are a lot of hard surfaces in this place so I struggled to hear across the table given the volume of noise in the cafe. Not sure Iâd rush back given the noise levels and value for money.

There was a bunch of us, so we were in the back function room. The food was delicious! We had pizzaâs and pastas and salads galore leaving us all full and happy. The service from staff was top shelf as was the whole environment and feel of the restaurant. Thanks so much to Costa & the team for accomodating us all. Definitely keep Espresso Organica in mind - especially for any functions. This review made our day! The Espresso Organica team appreciate your kind words about our delicious food and brilliant staff. Weâre really grateful for your feedback and look forward to serving you again!

This little cafe in Norton Street is great value for money. We visited for an early dinner with our dog and were well looked after on an outside footpath table. The waiter was most obliging in ensuring they could cater for food intolerances and he made us feel very welcome. The meals were not complicated and expertly prepared. It was a treat on a week night when we didn't feel like cooking and on the whole a positive experience.

I know I'm in the minority here because Trov's is a local institution for many years. The food is good, but on a few times I've had coffee it's really just average. If you sit outside you get bombarded by traffic noise and indoors is full of hard surfaces so it's noisy there too. But a lot of people like the place so I may well be out voted.

Kitchen closes at 3pm Monday - Friday & 3:30pm on weekends. Social Brew Cafe - something of an oasis of good food and drinks in Pyrmont. Where, letâs face it, the cafe options arenât as abundant as one would like. Which isnât to say weâd just head there o
We came here for a late breakfast after checking the reviews on TripAdvisor and werenât disappointed. It does get very busy and we booked a table which Iâd recommend. We still had to wait a bit on arrival for our table but the staff were very attentive and we were seated pretty quickly. Food was delicious and came out promptly. The juices are great (particularly the option to have them spiked)and taste fresh. Would definitely return!

This cafe has a great menu for lunch and breakfast. Has a huge selection of various foods and a nice breakfast menu. Seafood pasta was nice and the drinks menu caters for everyone. More staff are needed to keep the cafe running smoothly.

Finally found time to visit Due Passi for a late breakfast after golf was washed out last Saturday morning - well worth the wait as the welcome was genuine and warm - we felt like valued customers on our very first visit which is unfortunately very rare in Sydney these days. The cafe has a nice buzz without being too loud, friendly without being over the top. The food was delicious, as was the coffee - Gus the owner is a real character! Overall a fabulous din8ng experience - highly recommended.
