The food is absolutely great! The meat is perfectly cooked and savoury, full of spices and herbs. Desserts are good too. The staff is very kind and the concept "comme à la maison" is very nice as all the dishes come to your table and you help yourself at your own pace. The starters were a bit disappointing.

Right above the resort at the altitude of 1750m, bathed by the sun and located in the mountains, our restaurant welcomes you for an escapade in to the flavours of the Valais... " The oldest of the resort's establishments" Le Carrefour is a meeting place f
I have visited this restaurant previously and have been impressed by the quality of the food, in particular the meat. This time it was blue sky and sunshine which meant all the terraces were open and it was a great experience. Food was of a very good quality, service was good, views were spectacular. The bonus is you can ski in and ski out. Great lunch option.

We have been visiting La Sitterie for several years now and can honestly say that we have never been disappointed . The chef Jaques is a master in his field, his dishes are a creative and during the years we have been going there we rarely have the same dish twice. The staff are brilliant and make you feel at home and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. We have travelled a lot and eaten in many excellent restaurants but I can honestly say that it's hard to find one that we enjoy eating in as much as this one. It's fairly small, seating about 24 people so it's necessary to book well in advance. In the summer months there is a really pretty garden you can eat in and at night it looks lovely with fairy lights around. This restaurant is well worth a visit.

The place has class, beautifully decorated. Love the choice of colours and the setup. Its a bit small though, however the space was well used, lot of room to move around. The tables are neatly setup, simple and sophisticated. The lighting is perfect, not too much light which really creates an ideal atmosphere. The service was great, the waiters were attentive and genuinely friendly. They were able to answer all our questions about their dishes. They met our demands with grace and a big smile. I was really impressed. Their service is 5* . We left really late and no once did they showed any signs of annoyance. We ordered the menu of the day/night, there were two entrees, the first one was foie gras and aubergines, I love the tastes however there was just too much olive oil. Was hard to eat it, was forced to eat bread with it. The second entree was daurade with rice. Was really good unfortunately, for me this kind of dish would qualify as a main dish, instead of an entree. It was heavy and I was hoping for something more light, that would stimulate your taste buds. The main dish was a choice between lamb and beef. The beef was absolutely delicious. Dessert was really good. First time to discover the taste of absinthe, can eat this ice cream all day long. The price was cheaper than I expected. The restaurant is well known, a lot of people recommend it so I thought it would cost. Wasn't the case at all, a main dish for CHF38-60 is decent. I would recommend this restaurant and I would definitely go back. Great place to have birthday dinners or company dinners. Or just drop by for a drink.

Weâve been coming to La Channe for the past 15 years and were a bit apprehensive about visiting following its latest transformation. A few recent negative reviews particularly about the service gave us pause for thought, but we were not disappointed on that front at all. I have to admit we came on a quiet night though. Under Marco Bassi, the restaurant has been de-cluttered and made into a modern eatery yet respectful of the chalet style. Best of all though, is the quality of the food. We had the hunting/game menu découverte which was just wonderful - perfectly sized portions and really tasty. True fine dining and not overly expensive. And our waiter was great. The only grumble perhaps for us are the chairs which are more style over comfort!
