This place is not fancy, however the food was top notch. It was recommended by the tourist information center by the train center. I knew it had to be good because lots of locals were eating there. The views were awesome from their deck. The food is prepared fresh so you have to wait a little but it was worth the wait. The pricing is also very fair. The menu is limited but you can be sure find something you would like. I had the duck breast with couscous and melon and it was only 20 swiss francs.

We had a visit in the restaurant with a beautifull view, sadly to say but the food we had was extremely poor, service low and price high although we know that zwitserland in price is higher than other european countries. Tables and seats were uncomfortable and the atmosphere was verry cold. I would never visit this restaurant again.Dear JohnIn the name of the whole team, we thank you for your honest feedback. Our restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch. The restaurant gives a direct view of the Thunersee lake, and even better in Summer on our terrasse. We maintain gourmet cuisine, with fresh produce, and new dishes every week.

· The staff was very nice and helpful, we took family room (2 adults with 2 children), it is very commutable, breakfast is very good!!! The view from our room was epic!!!Few minutes driving there is a very good Italian restaurant The room have NO air condition (but the air weather was amazing),free parkingWifi is very good.We enjoyed very much. · Need a better Pillow's

As no one has ever written a report in English, I thought that I could do it and give a local secret away. The good things in life are never easy to find and so is this restaurant as it is a real insider tip.Well just look for an old wooden house and get in it. The dining room is rustic, wood all over to put you in a good mood. It is as if time did stop a 100 years ago.The menus are local, very well prepared, served with love and down to earth friendliness and professionalism. Everything is genuine and authentic. The lady owner is mostly present and watches that all goes well.For me, it is since years the must have stop on the way to or from Adelboden.Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday it is closed and don't expect to find a homepage or a menu card in English, but they will surely help you and what is nicer then to meet local people?
