From the name we thought this was a milk bar that sold shakes and ice cream. It's better! It's a wine bar that serves local wines and cheeses. It seemed to be a popular place with the locals,and we enjoyed tasting the specialties of the area.

We ended up visiting 3 times in one week with family and friends here at the Edelweiss restaurant because it was such delicious and quality food, presented beautifully and with 1st class customer service every time. The famous Le Fou burger is legendary and the brownie is the best in the Alps! Iâd recommend to anyone visiting with friends, families or even just a takeaway - we even tried this which was so easy and extremely tasty! Thank you Sarah and Filip for enhancing our holiday. See you next year!

We sat at a table (2 adults and 1 teenager) for all of 15 minutes in a nearly empty place. We were blatantly ignored. We got up and left, and they looked surprised!!!! Not sure what to make of the experience! Not impressed to say the leastHello,We are really surprised to read such a bad experience, this does not correspond to the behaviour we have in our establishment. We can assure you that we do everything we can to provide our customers the best service possible. There probably was a misunderstanding when you visited. Anyway, we want you to know that we are sorry and we present you our sincere apologize.

The 7A Factory has an inviting and rustic decor. The night I came in with my wife they were not very busy, and the staff provided very good service. The menu is mostly Italian, so we tried the Chicken Cannelloni with pesto. The helping was large and full of flavor. They also have local 7 Peaks craft beer which I really appreciate. We will definitely go back.

I had dinner here during my stay in Sion and it was really good. Staff really kind and ready to answer all my needs. Very nice location in the city center next to the hotel de ville.

We discovered the restaurant a year ago and planned on going back for their signature dish « la potence ». However, when reserving a table we were told that the owner as well as the type of cuisine had changed... after checking the menu online, we decided to give it a try and happily we did! Itâs a little gem, something very different from other restaurants in Nendaz that serve more traditional/typical dishes! The food is delicious, innovative and very tasty. Plus the staff is charming! What a great discovery!

Had the summer menu with wines. 7 courses, but only one of the starters had a touch of magic. Desserts were on the excellent side, but one of the main dish was clearly a flop: sweetbread with some guacamole, very strange, sweet ann lacking contrast. The rest was on the (too) classical side and although excellent was lacking the Master touch we were expecting. Serving rhythm was a bit slow but improving for desserts. Wines were exclusively from Wallis and generally very typical and well chosen, some excellent, a good deal for the price. The place is quite comfortable, seating is good, decoration on the wall ugly, but I guess it's a matter of taste! Service is probably the best you can hope for in Sion, that is still with some progress margin⦠but rather efficient. Overall this is quite a nice place, certainly worth a stop if you're around but still away from a couple of Michelin starsâ¦
