A very enjoyable dinner for four at this new restaurant in Arosa. This is traditional swiss / european food with a twist which could easily go wrong but actually was really good.I can't remember a better beef carpaccio.Veal Zuricher art so very tasty. One request though , it was so hot in the restaurant , it was nearly unbearable .When a client opens the window , five nearby tables cheered.Look forward to returning but with the temperature about 7 degrees lower

We were here for lunch where we made our own salad plate (12.50 SFr) with Swiss-style ingredients. We were able to sit outdoors in a very pleasant setting, in the shade of some trees (the afternoon sun is hot!). We enjoyed lingering and had no urge to go anywhere else, it was so peaceful. The evening menu is something entirely different and we could not afford to go back to try that but the little dining room looks very inviting.

We had dinner together with our children and really enjoyed the quality of each single course. Unfortunately we had to pore our own wine and two dishes were served either wrong or not served as requested (requested to leave out a certain ingredient). Overall we enjoyed our evening and will certainly give this nice place a second chance. Dear Guest,Thank you for the review of our restaurant! We are glad that you enjoyed your Dinner and want to apologize for the mistakes. SincerelyThe Muntanella Team

We had been there for dinner yesterday. We just love it! My husband had steak tartar and it was delicious, my daughter had entrecot café de Paris with French fries and the meat were perfect! Try the cordon bleu with mushrooms, alpen kase and ham, it's delicious too. Staff very nice and professional. Will return again!

We had dinner at Le Bistro whilst skiing during half term week. Really nice menu with plenty of choice and extensive wine list. Expensive, but as are all the restaurants in Arosa, but the service and ambience were impeccable. Really lovely evening; will definitely return
