We ended up here twice. The pizzeria and the restaurant are owned by the same management. We were in Disentis for four days for a choral festival. The first night we ate gnocchi and lamb at the pizzeria. The second night we wanted capuns and rosti and went to the Alpsu first but their kitchen was closed. The pizzeria was still open though so we had the Incendio pizza. Very good. Attentiv service. Nice ambiance.Good eveningThank you for you nice commentHave a nice day.Andrea and the Pizzeria Team

Da wir ein verlÃ¤ngertes Wochenende im Hotel Pazzola verbracht haben, kamen wir natÃ¼rlich auch in den Genuss die hervorragende KÃ¼che auszuprobieren.Als erstes zu den Besitzern Lilly und Christian: Beide haben uns herzlich empfangen, sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant an sich ist wunderschÃ¶n und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Zum Essen kÃ¶nnen wir nur sagen: Christian ist ein begnadeter Koch. alles war immer frisch zubereitet und liebevoll auf den Tellern angerichtet. Es war ein kulinarischer Genuss.

Das Ustria dalla Staziun ist eines von diesen Restaurants, fÃ¼r die man eigentlich keine Bewertung schreiben mÃ¶chte. Es ist so verdammt gut, dass es ein Geheimtipp bleiben sollte. Aus Respekt vor der ausgezeichneten Bewirtung, tun wir es trotzdem. Der Empfang war trotz voller Belegung sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen die letzten 2 PlÃ¤tze und wurden umgehend bedient. Das Essen war auf absoluten Spitzenniveau. Frische Zutaten, kreativ kombiniert und dekorativ angerichtet. Die Portionen waren gross, so dass jeder schnell satt wurde. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefÃ¼hlt und bedanken uns fÃ¼r die Gastfreundschaft.
