Around 2:00pm, we arrived at Snowboat and couldnât wait to order our lunch. First comes the Walliser Burger with 100% swiss beef, crispy beacon, onion, tomato and sauteed potatos. Very juicy and yummy! The other dish is Tortilla Chips & Trio of dips, very very delicious and we finished it so quickly. Very relaxing environment and friendly staff!

We stopped in for a few beers and had a wonderful bartender from Holland! She made great recommendations for different beers. We had just a snack of fries, the atmosphere was fun and it was great talking with others who were traveling also!

Located in the basement of the Post Hotel it was a little difficult to find at first but we had a great Raclette ( local melted cheese dish).

This restaurant has changed. Not much Swiss food on the menu, more pizza, fish and grilled meats.No live Swiss music, a DJ playing mostly techno.And it was pretty pricey. The service was great and the food was pretty good.Apparently they renovated the place, instead of a Swiss wood paneling, it was mostly glass and steel.Their web site is accurate, but the old reviews, not so much.Dear Rinej,Thank you for sharing your feedback.We have indeed renovated the entire hotel and restaurants.We have 3 restaurants and you were at The Kitchen (the main one, with our Bar)1 of our restaurants is dedicated to Swiss food "The Cheese Factory": there is no longer any live music but a very nice menu with all the specialities and local products (fondue, raclette, brasero).
