We were here early february, it was snowing heavily when riding up but it was worth it. We had the "Züri gschnetzeltes" with pommes alumettes and the "stroganoff", both were delicious. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. We will come back.

Nühus Bed & Breakfast suggested we try Am Brunnen and we are happy they did - otherwise we would never have known about this fantastic place. The food was simply outstanding! Everything was excellently prepared - really world class! Service was super friendly but professional and we enjoyed every aspect of the meal, even the stark white design of the dining room (which apparently shocks most Swiss people). This is still an undiscovered gem, well worth the detour, just go before it become the next big thing!
We came several times during this years season and enjoyed great food as well as friendly service combined with a fantastic location each and every time.

A very limited menu and not very accommodating to children in our party. Food not very exciting. Our bill had to be corrected twice. We will not be retuning to this restaurant.

I went to this hotel last week just for one night (thank God). They gave us a room on the first floor, which was a very bad idea because the restaurant is right underneath. So we weren't able to sleep before 11 pm, because of the music. It wasn't that loud in the restaurant, but in the room it felt like there was a disco right underneath. I guess the isolation isn't that good. Otherwise, the room was ok. Nevertheless, the door of the shower was too small, so half of the floor was wet. I don't know why they put sort of high-tec lights, you could choose the colour of the lights in the bathroom. But I found it totally useless and it still was too dark in there, so I had to do my makeup in another room.We took breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. I must say that the service was a catastrophe. One person out of three had a plate to eat. And every time we needed something we had to look for or call someone and they were absolutely not friendly. They only had white bread and the butter seemed to be old (dark yellow).I wouldn't advise this hotel, the price is way too high for what we get.

After a day at the thermal baths in Vals be caught the bus down to llanz for the train. We were very hungry and found this resturant.......wow.... The pizza's were amazing and the service was excellent. We all eat the massive pizzas were were served and all agreed it was one of the best we'd ever eaten.

Only open a few weeks and this restaurant is gaining a reputation. I found it almost by accident and dropped to see if they could feed me. Top quality ingredients with accomplished cooking skills result in a wonderful meal. If you are in the area make the effort to visit before it becomes too popular. This restaurant is going to win awards.

In the long known Stiva Veglia, 2 cosy, tastefully furnished rooms await you. The comprehensive 3 to 8-course menus enchant you with lovingly prepared ingredients from the region, from char fillets from Val Lumnezia to Schnauser "45 Minute" egg. Stiva Veg
Can any restuarant be 100% perfect 100% of the time for 100% of the clients? This restaurant comes pretty close. It was excellent from the start: the warm and friendly welcome, the ambience, the comfort, the interesting menu, the extremely knowlegable waitress and then the meal itself - perfection.I have reported on TripAdvisor on many eateries, from simple to grand-luxe. I don't recall writing "excellent" on all parameters for any. I have no hesitation to do so now.We loved all the dishes. We also loved the tiny extras and the friendly but professional owners and waitstaff. The old but timeless dining room is nicely decorated, with some fine (and authentic) pereiod pieces. But more than anything - the meal itself.Be sure you have a GPS to find this very out of the way diamond.
