The service is very nice. Pizzas big and tasty. Beautiful mountain landscape. Possible to eat outside. Good with kids. They can play in the big outside green area.

After riding for 70km, we stopped at Grotto Pini for lunch and what a surprise! The lady who greeted us was lovely (we guessed it was the owner) and we took place under the trees on a stone table and benches. The food was simple but spectacular, and the place is just a very nice mix nature and calmness and good food.We all agreed that this was one of the highs of our trip to Switzerland.
Take away Da Leo is own by Leo. A young man who know how to make his pizza! His shop is located at the pizza centrale in biasca. The choice of pizzas is great and if you have a special request he does it with pleasure! The prices for the pizzas are also very fair! The taste is amazing! I traveled a lot over the world but his pizzas are still my favorites

Piccolo ristorante di gestione famigliare da tanti anni, si mangia una tipica cucina italiana veramente gustosa, tutto fatto al momento.
We stopped on our way further south from Switzerland, and the food was out less than 10 minutes after we ordered. Portions were perfect, with a large salad and pasta dish feeding two of us. Parking in the back is free

On the 1. January we couldn't find an open restaurant in Lavorgo or Faido. But we were lucky when we found Grill Stazione in Biasca. We ordered each a salad as a starter and a pizza as a main dish. My boyfriend had a pizza "Vegeterian", I had the pizza "Grill" (with Parmesan, Parma ham and Rucola). Both pizzas had a lot on top. They were so large that they hung over the plate. We couldn't finish them and took the rest with us.The salad had a very tasty dressing. The waitress was quite grumpy, but we imagine that she maybe had a hard day. The restaurant was packed at 9.30 when we arrived. And she seemed overworked. So that probably was the reason for her mood.As we enjoyed the food, the quick serving, the possibility to eat late we will come again.

We found this place accidentally after having had trouble finding a restaurant open on a Monday for lunch. We had a steak and chips, a bottle of water and espressos for only just over CHF30 for two people. Believe me, for Switzerland that is very reasonable indeed. A perfectly fine stop over point. The restaurant is not in the centre, not especially picturesque, but, we felt, good value. Service was smooth and quick. It did what we wanted and at a reasonable price. Tripadvisor needs a grade between 'Average' and 'Very Good'. This was three and a half dots, I'd say.

Our yearly visit in the Biasca area again finished with diner on the terrace. Friendly staff, menu variety ok. Pizza very mice. Unfortunately no pasta pesto, though last year it was possible as an exception. May be something to put on the menu....Several tables filled, both inside as well as on terrace. Looking up the mountain you see the Biasca chur with its way of the cross, which can also be recommended

We went here just last weekend for lunch after a long hike. Certainly not dressed for fine dining, but were greeted by the chef and owner Luigi Maiolo. We had the best gnocchi we've had in a very long time, with zafran sauce, and a wonderful platter of cold meat. I could imagine that the terrace is very romantic at night. Service was excellent, I liked the fact that the Chef came out to serve along with the waiter and explained the dishes, as well as greeted us upon arrival and departure. Next time Bellinzona, will be a visit with bells and jingles for dinner!
