Rather choose another place in Busko
Reviewed By Monika_KUAI spent Christmas with my family this year in Willa Dorotka and I would never be back. Firstly, instead of being in the regular willa, they put us in the second part which was very uncomfortable as we had to go to the regular house for breakfast. The person who worked at the reception was not nice and check in lasted forever. While making this she was talking to another person as if we were not present and she even commenting that she does not like her job!! Before our staying I was calling to make sure we can use spa during the holiday and it was confirmed. On the spot, it occured that nobody was working and we cannot make even a massage. We were forced to make the whole food payment for my 5 years old daughter although she is eating our own food. For Christmas breakfast it was even the double payment although it was no difference between the regular and festive breakfast. There are so many better places to go in Busko, forget Dorotka!

The value of the package is amazing and you won't regret it. Excellent escape! Awesome time! Check-in was warm, friendly, and personable. The room was great, with contemporary furnishings and a very comfortable bed. Birds greeted us in the early morning from the extensive gardens around. Seriously want to commend all of the staff for being so warm and welcoming. The staff is very polite, attentive, friendly and enjoyable to be around. The pool and all areas are very clean and well maintained. Excellent place to restore and recharge your whole being, the treatments are so beneficial for your body and it is a delight to have been there, such a treat. A Very special gratitude to all medical staff from underground to 1st floor for being professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. Only down side was a weak Wi-Fi signal at fourth floor but we will return very soon, this was our first stay at Terma Slowacki.

Polanika is the perfect place for relaxation and therapy, provided by the team of specialists and in excellent rehabilitation facilities. Our specialist treatments also include hippotherapy (horse riding therapy) - we have a stable and a paddock at the location.

Reviewed By pawel_hbgHotel is located very close to Kielce surrounded by beautiful forest. There is no problem with parking but the charge 15 PLN additionally. Rooms are renovated and heating is working very well. Breakfast was very poor. Bilard for free but also not so good quality. Price average. Generally all my memories from there are average.

Sienkiewicza. Warto się tu zatrzymać lub po prostu wejść coś zjeść lub wypić, bo miejsce naprawdę godne uwagi!

Są miejsca z których żal wyjeżdżać i miejsca do których chciałoby się wrócić jak najszybciej , taka właśnie jest Rezydencja ,ogromny teren pięknie urządzony w którym można odnaleźć spokój i ciszę ,sympatyczni i ogromnie uczynni właściciele,fantastyczne miejsce do odpoczynku. Strefa ciszy i relaksu z sauną ,grotą solną ,tężnią i innymi atrakcjami była niestety na ukończeniu więc nie udało nam się zobaczyć efektu przed wyjazdem ,szkoda ale wrzuciliśmy pieniążek do fontanny z nadzieją na szybki powrót.
