Reviewed By bev1640Hotel was good the distraction from the building next door. Wish we had been on the other side of the building not as much noise and could see the beach better. Rooms were clean but more info on house cleaning during your stay should be given.

Reviewed By allisonbG6975MVWhen I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile. Check in was smooth and quick with mrs Cheryl. She was very polite and helpful. (I’d definitely keep her around) My room was clean thank you housekeeping. Stayed two nights in a quiet room and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Not Bad, Not Good

GOOD: Room did not smell, no bugs, full size fridge, stove top, microwave, clean, very comfortable beds. NOT SO GOOD: No security lock, chair too short to fit under door, no phone, only sheet and then top bed spread, maids use shopping carts going room to room, stained ( dirty?) carpet, no pots, pans or silverware to use kitchenette, needs many, many easy updates. OVERALL: This place was cheap so I wasn’t expecting a lot. For the money, it wasn’t bad for two nights. We had a nice stay.

'Conceirge' more like lying used car salesmen
Reviewed By S_Toni87Extremely dissapointed in the 'concierge' staff as a whole. Initially we had a wonderful experience with Alice who was straight forward, lovely and gave excellent recommendations. Alice is a gem. Rest of the staff are con artists that directly lie to you. We had zero interest in a sales talk but were told after saying no multiple times we could register for the talk and get our tickets right away and not have to stay. Weather improved and we wanted to get some beach time so we got our tickets (which we paid partial for) and left. We subsequently started to receive non stop calls about us leaving. Staff then proceeded to hold the tickets over are head requiring us to return. Dissapointed at these con people who did not honor their promises and blatantly lied to us. On another note resort is nice. There is construction but it wasn't disruptive. The resort amenities were very nice and well kept. Resort/shuttle/front desk staff were lovely. Shuttle driver Terri who led the winery excursion was awesome.

Cleaning measures were on point with hand sanitizers stands at every point where hand contact was constantl elevator, front desk outside near pool entrance. Staff friendly and helpful. No housekeeping available due to covid during your stay so getting towels you must go down to service desk to get.which was not a problem for me. Beach towels were available with a sign in sign out sheet. If you want umbrella and chairs for the beach, you have to get in touch with the life guard on duty or you can just claim one that not reserved they will come to you for payment preferably cash. If you use a card it will be a credit card charge of 4.00. Restraunt was not to bad Pricey I thought. Lots of entrainment provided. Karaoke nights.ive DJ at pool and bingo nights. I suggest that if you want Ocean view rooms all even rooms numbers is your goal. Easy access to the beach.

Helpful staff, problems with facilities
Reviewed By Wazazithis is our second visit to Country Club Villas. We like the location, and our grandkids had a wonderful time in the pool last year. This year, the pool was closed and we were informed just a couple of days before our arrival. We had problems with the TV's, problems with the garbage disposal spewing nasty stuff out and plugging the bathroom sinks, problems with missing items in the kitchen, and a very minimal stocking of cooking equipment. The staff were friendly and tried to resolve every issue, though on Sunday, the office closed an hour before their posted time.

Reviewed By J7804FRlauriemDo not book through Surfside realty! They will charge you the minute you leave for stuff they think you have no proof to dispute. Like oil spots on the driveway. Funny, no oil spots on our concrete at home. They also scam the rental owners thru repair work they claim to have done but did not.
