Reviewed By eddysuparminBeen here with a bunch of friends...this is a small hotel strategically located..near mall Ciputra. The room is minimalis..but the amenities included sleepers..tooth brush. The staff quite attentive.. and they have separate floor for smokers. Pity about the towel...need whitening. There's a Fairfield Marriott hotel as neighbour, but for those who need a small place for sleep..this Sumi hotel recommended.

Should be cleaner, poor breakfast, OK for a night
Reviewed By Henry LPros: Relatively decent value, good location close to Gubeng station for a night, good WiFi, comfortable bed, some decor in the lobby. Cons: Dirty - sheets and towels not clean and stained, had to ask twice to change the pillow covers before clean ones were given. Bathroom and shower curtain pretty dirty also, this made the stay uncomfortable as a result. Rooms are very small but OK for a stop over. Overall, if they just made this place cleaner then it would be much better.

TV only few local channels. aircon not very cold. night reception not very helpful. few parking lots infront on a first come first serve basis. for breakfast you get a cup of tea and a bun.

Reviewed By Robin RThe location is great, since it is near the center of Surabaya and the train station. The rooms were clean and had airco. Breakfast was served right in front of the doorway of the room and was oke. I would return to this hotel if would visit surabaya again.

Short stay for early morning's flight!

The hostel design is so "London" style, very instagrammable. I booked single room, equipped with private bathroom, TV and air conditioner. Quite spacious for single room. However, the shower is unstable, can't adjust hot or cold shower as you want. A bit annoying, especially when it's very hot Overall, the hostel is perfect stay if you'll take early morning's flight or transit for several hours for nap.

Scary and not secure
Reviewed By nataleeamcI am a single female traveller and attracted to this venue for its cheap price. It is located in a business complex which is dark and quiet. Although the location is near Ciputra world mall, the street is scary and dark. The room itself only separated by very thin triplex with clear glass 20 cm from the top (see my picture). In the night, when I look at the glass, I found someone looking at me and watching my activity inside the room. No privacy. I do not recommend a single traveller to go there. I do mean it.
