Purchased several dozen assorted donuts for a meeting a couple weeks ago. The creme filled were the best. Owner provides some great local support and a friendly shop to sit down and eat. Decor is trapped in the 70s but that doesn't take away from the experience!

Whit's is a seasonal business that is closed from mid-December to mid-February, see you in February. <br>Whit's Frozen Custard of Sunbury is a family owned & operated restaurant. We serve the best frozen custard that is made and served fresh every single day. We always have fresh Vanilla and Chocolate along with the flavor of the week. Even though it may seem as if you are limited in your desert flavor choice, we can mix up any flavor combination with the wide variety of toppings. Frozen custard is not all that we have, we also offer hot dogs, foot longs. Coney dogs, shredded chicken & BBQ pork! We have a clean family oriented atmosphere that offers plenty of indoor & outdoor seating.
My wife and I along with our pup like visit this restaurant every couple of weeks and our last visit was no exception. They always have Vanilla and Chocolate flavors plus a weekly special. In addition they will make Whitzers to order along with sundaes to order. They also have "vanilla baby cones" which our pup enjoys very much. Service is always great and timely. The custard is always excellent!

The Firehouse Tavern saved us from our hunger pangs!
We had talked about trying this place and on a whim we stopped for an early dinner. We mad a great choice.
Megan, our server, was delighted to explain the most popular items as we'll as her favorites since this was our first visit. Her enthusiasm for her job was evident with her attitude and prompt service.
We stared with an appetizer called Buffalo chicken dip served with pita chips. The pita chips were thick, yet soft triangles of pita seemingly deep fried to a crisp. We finished half because we realized we'd not be able to eat our meals. Yes, there were enough for 4 people to share.
I ordered the Ruben Burger. It's a generous burger topped with corned beef (not tough or stringy), Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. A large burger, I took half home and it was good warmed up for lunch. It came with house made chips which were great.
My wife enjoyed the Tavern Wrap with grilled chicken. There was a choice of fried or grilled chicken. It included the tavern salad with the chicken and balsamic vinaigrette dressing all served in a wrap. Chips came with the wrap too. It was too much for her to finish so it became her lunch too.
Great atmosphere, TV's all around, full bar.
Easy parking on the street.
We'll be back!

I stop at this location twice a week, and have been doing so for 18 months. Always a nice place to get a cup of fresh coffee. The only goofs are via the drive-up window, so I have learned to go into the store... yeah, I am trainable!
So, the short story... good coffee, fast service, very clean establishment!!

Look past the aging decor and you will find a great diner in Sunbury.
Friendly wait staff, simply delicious food, good coffee what more could you want?
Small dining area and we've seen a line outside on Sunday. Got to be good when you see a line.
I ordered an omelette with cheese and bacon. My wife got scrambled eggs and home fries. We both got cinnamon toast.
Lots of bacon in my omelette.

This Tim Hortons location is inside of the same building as the Shell gas station. The coffee tastes just as great as usual for this brand, but the service is just so-so and the food...well, the help just doesn't have their heart in it. Convenient location if you need gas.

Their crust is amazing! Thin, crisp and loaded with toppings. Very tasty! We only had pizza, but they also offer other menu items. The gal who took my order was pleasant and patient with my multiple questions. Delivery was very timely and they came straight to our hotel room.

I do a lot of traveling and specifically travel the entire country eating BBQ. I was totally blown away to find this treasure here in Central Ohio. My expectations were not high but I have to say, Oak Hill is totally legitimate.
The first good sign was pulling into the parking lot and seeing a huge pile of hickory wood. The smoke flavor translated quite well to all the meats I tried. I tried the Fat Man Platter and my Son have wings. These wings were the equal to the best I've had at Edley's in Nashville.
The Pulled Pork was moist, smokey and very flavorful. The Brisket and Chicken both had the same characteristics. My true test is whether or not I needed any sauces or not. In my opinion, meat should be able to stand on its own without any sauce. I tried their excellent Eastern Carolina vinegar mop sauce on my pork. It too was on point but I didn't even need to use it.
The owner, who calls himself "The Fat Man" came out and talked to us. His pride for serving legit BBQ comes through in his product. I will be back to try the ribs.

Stopped by on a Thursday eve and what a nice surprise. 1/2 price Margeritas ! Have food specials every night. Had a shrimp Chimichanga and it was loaded w/grilled shrimp, peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Very good salsa and chips w/refills. Wife had a two chimi platter w/one chick and one beef tips. Liked beef best but both good. All served w/Mex rice & beans. Highly recommend.

This outlet lije most is busy. Restrooms tired, floors need work throughout. Good was good, though almost no seasoning. Wait staff friendly, but the noise level is always high, did to barn like design. Manager does come by to say hello....clearly staff work together. Lima beans were good, so we're greens.
