Good food is shared food. The best seafood in town. Kitchen open 12pm - 10pm every day. Our side bar has live music daily and is open until 1am.
One of the best seafood lunches (meals) we've ever had. Not only was the food fantastic and the decor fabulous, but our waitress was charming as well and we were so pleased we'd ventured inside. Actually the exterior of the restaurant was the first draw card! If we'd been staying in Melbourne longer, we would have ventured back, especially to enjoy a 'gig'. We shall definitely return when we venture south again. Many thanks to all :).

Fabulous wait staff, Peter, helpful and friendly without taking over, especially since it took us about half an hour to make up our minds. Ordered drinks speedily delivered and after ordering meals were soon delivered hot and tasty. My beef rage was had lots of meat and a generous serving. Dessert was also nice ; the restaurant is ideal for a cheap and cheerful meal.

I attended 2 classes with Sandra; a group class and a customized one. The food was really delicious; very refined and well balanced - the best Italian food we had so far - even better than that served in restaurants and in Italy. Sandra’s food is fine dining! Regarding the customized class, I really appreciated the patience that Sandra had in understanding what I was exactly looking for, and she tailored her class to that. She also followed up with us after the cooking class by sending a list of recommended grocery shops. Very good recommendations indeed!I would recommend her class without any hesitation.

First time dining at this great little restaurant. Last minute booking to try something local. The booking had been overlooked but lucky they did have a table for 2. We chose the Sunday special which was great value. Paella and Sangria for two.The meal was served quite fast, sizzling hot and full of seafood and really tasty. Sangria was served in a jug and quite generous. The restaurant ambiance, the decoration and the staff were all v. good. Will definitely return to sample more of the menu. Not necessarily fine dining but good tasty food in a pleasant and congenial atmosphere.

This restaurant has doubled in size since we were last here. The Italian staff were helpful with the food and wine selection. They have an express lunch menu where there's a two course meal for $30.00. There was a reasonable selection to please most people.I had the soup and pasta bolognese. Both were tasty and a reasonable portion. We shared a tira misu which I found to be tasteless.I would return again.

Cafe e Cucina hosted a group of 45 staff members from Football Victoria for a late celebratory lunch this week. Not only was our meal absolutely beautiful, the service we received was so personalised, warm and friendly, we’ve been talking about the experience in the office ever since. I cannot thank Mauro, Massimo, Arthur and the entire team enough for creating a very special afternoon for us.

Enjoyable Lebanese restaurant with food with a difference. The dish I ordered was zucchinis stuffed with minced lamb and rice in a tomato sauce. It was yummy and something I have never had before. My partner ordered a type of pilaf with sliced lamb, also yummy. Their were a few interesting sounding vegetarian dishes as well. A belly dancer came in at about 8.00pm, a bit of fun as she got others up dancing.

Our 'local' turned out to e a highlight of our Melbourne stay. From the minute we stepped inside this tiny [27 sq m!] restaurant we felt at home. Our waitress, Carolina, was a gem - ensuring always that we had enough water and wine, and were enjoying our food, without ever being intrusive. Everything is made on the premises and served up with Italian music in the background. Just fabulous and can't be recommended highly enough.
