Reviews on International food in Bridge of Allan, Stirling, Scotland. Bridge of Allan (Scots: Brig Allan, Scottish Gaelic: Drochaid Alain) is a town in the Stirling council area in Scotland, just north of the city of Stirling. It lies on the Allan Water, a northern tributary of the River Forth, built largely on the well-wooded slopes of the Westerton and Airthrey estates, sheltered by the Ochil Hills from the north and east winds. Most of the town is to the east of the river; the bridge is part of the A9, Scotland's longest road, while the railway line and the M9 pass to the west of the river. Serving fresh locally sourced food from breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner. Serving excellent drinks and cocktails.
Had dinner with my wife and we enjoyed garlic and chilli prawns to start then blade of beef and steak taglita which had the hottest chillis ever lol - maybe just too hot but this didnât detract from the dish - the steak was one of the nicest I have ever tasted and cooked to perfection. All washed down with a lovely Lebanese red which was a very nice surprise.Great effort and we will be back!

Broomhall Castle Restaurant is situated within Broomhall Castle Hotel and is open 7 days a week to the public and residents alike for evening meals. All our food is freshly prepared and all cooked in house by our team of chefs
Bed linen was beautifully clean and crisp. Beautiful old property which has been refurbished. Located about 3 miles from Stirling so a car is really essential. Lots of free parking on site.Full Scottish breakfast of a high standard was included in the price.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Unlike a number of old properties we have stayed in it was kept warm at all times. There were a few cobwebs which housekeeping need to attend to but nothing to concern us.Overall impressed and we will visit again.

G'Day mate! If you're looking for a fantastic meal, a cool beverage to wash it down and some great entertainment then there's only one place to be in Stirling. Located in the heart of the city, we are the first choice for a great night out. With delicious
Had an early dinner here Saturday, September 21st. The chicken fajitas were over cooked, dry and possibly reheated, no guacamole or refried beans, just came with bottled salsa, sour cream and a tablespoon of grated cheese and cold tortillas. The venue itself was tired and shoddy, the womenâs washroom had broken toilet seats, a cubicle with rolls of toilet tissue in the toilet and no hand soap. The service was passable but only just. Can not recommend on any level.

This is perfectly situated below Stirling castle. We went on the way down after visiting the castle and were after a good pub lunch to satisfy our bellies. It didnât disappoint. Great selection of food on offer, friendly and helpful staff and served quickly. We ordered the steak pie and chips which was cooked beautifully. Prices are great value, I would say slightly less than a standard pub lunch price.Overall very happy, I would go back if I visited Stirling again.
