It has been four years since I last visited Gralha Azul - then I was positively surprised about their improved quality. As such I was looking forward to enjoy their cuisine again, only to be disappointed to say the least. If one wants a thick beef instead of a normal slice of the meat I certainly tell the waitor - picanha cut between 5 mm to 10 mm thick is not required standard. The sushi is charged by the kilo on top of the rodozio charge, and is not up to par. Considering the price one would expect a much better quality for the money - believe the issue here is lack of competence.
