Self-Service a little better than an average one. It is just a place to go on a week day to have an ordinary food. Nothing special in term of quality, variety and seasoning. Cleanness is something that needs to be improve. Price is above the average.

Kasato Sushi is the most renowned restaurant in São José dos Campos for those who enjoy savoring the wonders of Japanese cuisine. Our unit has exquisite and cozy surroundings where guests can relax and try our delicious dishes like Salmon Teppanyaki and S
A very weird experience, left feeling slightly queasy. Some of the sushi had jam on it!!! Another had some kind of deep fried crust and passion fruit on top. I like passion fruit but not like that. The tonkatsu was a skinny piece of chicken with really thin crust, the yakisoba were drowning in a not great sauce, there was some fried thing with melted cheese inside and an unidentified white substance that came with the sushi that tasted like sponge. It is like they were aiming at Japanese food but missed by a mile, lacked ingredients, skill, imagination, presentation and everything that makes Japanese food great. Avoid.Thank you very much for your evaluation and we feel sorry for not meeting your expectations with the cuisine served by us.

I ate here for the birthday of my mother in law. We had the "all you can eat option" which was great quality for a reasonable price. Service was attentive and i could not fault the food itself, it was great. I would return and recommend!Hello Dear, We would like to thank you for your comments. It was a pleasure to receive you here at KENTA and we are looking forward to have you here again.Best Regards,KENTA

Big saloon, with self-service buffet for an "all-you-can-eat" fixed price OR per weight (you choose).Traditional among locals, the atmosphere is OK as is the food.Brazilian options, some pasta and japanese food are available and you can mix it in the same plate. Now and then they can get very creative with some foods, but it never seems to work (last time they offered honey, cheese and strawberry pancakes - yep, everything together in a pancake roll. Oh, boy).Good service and good fresh juices though.

This is my restaurant in town. The owner is a Japanese lady and they prepare tasteful and traditional cheap Japanese food. But they do not accept credit card just cash or debt card. For dinner and Saturday lunch. With family or friends.Try to arrive early if you go for dinner from Wed to Saturday. Also Saturday night they are usually full all night long. The open early but also closes late.My son (4 years) love here.Try the "teishoku" the regular Japanese meal or the sushi and sashimi. If you do not like those raw fishes try the "teppan", the grilled style one.

Though São Paulo (the city) has earned the reputation for having great Japanese food restaurants, once you leave for the countryside things are considerably more dicey. It gets harder to find truly authentic places that do not rely on gimmicks or awful-really-bad inventions (guava jam roll, Iâm looking at you). This is why Edo Zushi becomes an unlikely bright spot in São José dos Campos. Led by restaurateur Eduardo Suga, the only concessions this elegant restaurant make are the all-you-can eat buffet system and the occasional modern twist in the recipes. Offering top-notch fishes, carefully cut and arranged on bite-sized niguiris, along with sashimi and a good assortment of hot dishes, Edo Zushi is like an oasis. Another highlight is the very elegant decoration, with a beautiful aquarium dominating the dimly kit saloon, a lake with carps and even a imposing Japanese medieval armour guarding the lavatories.Perfect for business meetings and quiet, romantic dinners, Edo Zushi is a must go for Japanese food lovers.
