Fantastic atmosphere, excellent service and brilliant food. For me as a visitor it is also good value for money . Seo Gera had great taste in the way it is laid out and all the ornaments. Football and music kept me busy all night, kept me coming back for 3 nights till I left Sao Carlos. Recommend to any visitors.

Specialized in meet, specialty the Argentinian meet, but with Brazilian appetizers. The price is little high, meet should have better taste, it too much soft in my opinion. The food is not so hot so becomes to be cold fast. The waitress are very careful.

One of the most traditional places in São Carlos, the restaurant offers great variety at a moderate price. Menu varies everyday, which makes it an option for you to go to every day. It only opens for lunch with barbecue options. Salad bar is always fresh and with good options and there's also a chef to prepare pasta to your liking.

I visited this restaurant with colleagues from UFSCar. You can pay a flat fee and eat all you like or, as is common, pay by weight.Fantastic food. Loved the manioc puree! I'm told the puddings were great - I had no room! Very atmospheric, good at all times of day - and busy. It's all buffet-style, so the only service is taking your plates away when you can no longer move! Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is great. An old house remodeled tastefully, with an open space that is both inviting and intriguing. If the weather is on the cool side one needs to keep a jacket or coat on (which was the case when I was there), but not a problem for me. The food was disappointing. I ordered a filled pasta (ravioli-like but called something else). For the delicate flavor of the mushroom filling the sauce was both too abundant and had too much cheese to the point of hiding the flavor of the filling. The house wine, the only served by the glass, was a below average cabernet. Dessert was tasty, but it is hard to mess up a brownie... A cinnamon ice cream was served with that, which had an interesting taste but nothing that special - in fact, it tasted like vanilla ice cream that had some cinnamon added to it. Service was very slow and they were not busy. It took us over two hours to just get a plate of pasta and dessert. Good thing this was a casual, relaxed dinner with no rush.

Grilled to perfection meat served on a spit. Traditional order serves generous portions enough for 2 adults and 1 child. The famous restaurant founded in 1957 launched a new concept of hospitality on Brazilian highways thanks to the enterprising vision of
The Castle is a great stop in Washington Luiz for a great meat. It is a traditional, comfortable restaurant with good service good choices of grillers you can choose from fish, beef or pork with delicious sides, the specialty of the house I would say are the Pintado fish with Magericão and pork loin, but if you prefer beef will also be a good choice.Travelling by Washington Luiz a recommend.

Agua Doce is the definition (that works) of a bar that is also a restaurant and vice versa - and is always packed with people. It offers live music most nights and it has a menu that covers what most people would expect to have when dining out. Since being extremely busy most nights, it might be difficult to have a calm convo - this shouldn't be your goal when coming here, for sure. Service is good.
