O atendimento é todo feito por tablet, você pode pedir o que quiser, dentro do rodÃzio que escolher, há dois tipos. De qualquer forma, existe uma garçonete que o auxilia quando tiver dúvidas.Os peixes são sempre muito frescos e muito deliciosos.Somente tenho queixa em relação atendimento próximo ao horário de fechamento do restaurante. Nas duas vezes que fui ao Kenroku, durante todo o meu perÃodo lá dentro, foi tudo muito bom, porém quando falta 30 minutos para o fechamento, os funcionários sempre parecem estar com pressa de ir embora que enquanto você está finalizando a refeição eles já vão trocar de roupa, apagam algumas luzes, já pegam suas bolsas e aguardam você finalizar a refeição. à desagradável para o cliente presenciar tudo isso, acredito que após a ausência de cliente é que o funcionário deveria fazer tudo isso.Apesar desta opinião, faço a avaliação com nota alta porque realmente a comida possui muita qualidade w o espaço é bem agradável e tranquilo, adoro o som ambiente que eles colocam!

Lugar pequeno, com poucas mesas, balcão porém muito acolhedor. COmo sempre tudo muito fresco e bem servido e o melhor atendimento que ja tive. Salmão saborosissimo e super fresco. Eu sou frequentadora assidua de restaurante japones e esse de longe é o meu preferido. à a la carte e pra mim compensa pq não como os fritos quando vou ao rodizio.

Nice Izakaya in a quiet neighbourhood with no tradition in gastronomy. Many locals with families. Ronaldo is the chef who surprises the clients with a great care in the presentation of the dishes: the cut of fish, the use of ingredients, and the clean look of them. There is blackboard with specials of the day besides the regular menu. The service is friendly and helpful. It is a very good place to chat and have some good moments in good company.

I am someone who loves Japanese cuisine, especially that of the uncooked or un-fried kind. I have eaten at this location a couple of times and I always get the sushi and the sashimi as part of their rodÃzio. If your not familiar with a rodÃzio in Brazil, it's basically a nonstop all you can eat where they just keep bringing different things for you. Their fish is very fresh and it's well cut. Amazing pieces and always fresh and delicious. I would also suggest consuming with one of the Japanese beers that they have in the fridge, like Sapporo! The value here is also excellent, as the cost person is very reasonable!

Its kind of a neighborhood gem, but there is plenty of seating and it does get full! We arrived at lunch and the place was empty. Before we left, it was full...with more than 100 people seated!The food selection is very nice. Some traditional dishes and some local fishes. Everything was very good and the price was quite reasonable. If you get there during the rush, you may have to wait. Service is very good and the place is clean and current. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

This is a very good Brazilian Style Barbequeue restaurant in São Caetano do Sul. The meat is excellent, but you will find a very good salad bar, pasta, and oriental food as well. Can be very crowded in the weekends and special ocasions, so be prepare to wait or get your reservations if you are a party of 4 or more. Delivery is also available.
