This small restaurant, tucked into a secluded corner on the Main Street in Natal should not be missed. Family owned and operated, the food is made with love and the Serbian Burger might be the best unique version of a burger I have ever tasted. Hoist it into your mouth for a mind-blowing experience. The other dishes were delicious as well.

We are astonished to spend our evening at the NAU restaurant, recommended by our taxi driver and hosts in Natal. Food and service are outstanding and worth paying a litte bit more than usual in Rio Grande do Norte. We had amazing octopus and shrimps with melted cheese for appetizer, lovely brasilian wine recommended by the professional sommelier (greetings to old Chicago times and Fogo de Chao!), and huge portions of shrimps with creamy sauce including dried tomatoes, olives and palm hearts for main course. Wine cellar in NAU is pretty amazing as well. That was our best coulinary experience on holiday :)

I had an excellent pizza, competently served by friendly staff. The manager was kind, and he was very complimentary about Dutch visitors. I was invited to watch a football match on TV with the staff as they got ready for the evening service. For Dutch visitors: "Lekker eten!".

The very Italian Coking in Natal
It's a very simple restaurant but with very good pasta. Cheap, but service really bad. The Chef shoud be a little bit more flexible specially for side dishes. It's unnaceptable for a italian restaurant try to eat a steak in blue cheese sauce and do not change side dishes like rice, potatoes and steamed vegetables for only a simple portion of spaghetti, penne or tagilatelle. Rude and unpolite. Should improve also fresh juice of local fruits and coconut water very acessible in this city.
