After looking on trip adviser we decided to visit this restaurant. Admittedly when we got there we thought this was the sort of place we wouldnât normally go to - but we are so glad we did. The guy was very friendly, explaining the menu to us in English. The burgers were really tasty - we both had street onion and would highly recommend. The only slight improvement would be to give an option to have more of the sauces (the meal came with 3 sauces, the garlic one was delicious, however it only came with a tiny bit of each sauce. When I asked for more this was no trouble and I got given more straight away, it would have just been nice if this was an option or if the sauces were on the table. Having said this there was ketchup and mayo on the table - heinz as well ). The other thing was that we were willing/wanting to give a tip for the great service but the bill was taken away before we had chance - if this was left on the table we would have left something . Overall great food and great value for money.

I noticed the great ratings here. Unfortunately i would have given zero if it was possible. after an hour and a half of wait after ordering our food, We decided to complain and hold and behold, we found out that our orders are not even on the way to be cooked. Problem with the kitchen they said. so we told them that they have 5 minutes to prepare everything or we leave. They bought one dish out of four just to make us wait some more. And the dish wasn't even warm.So we decided to leave. we paid the drinks we finished after almost 2 hours of wait in the end. And they dared make us pay for 10% service charge, which i refused of course. We left the bar only a few minutes ago. I wanted to make sure to write everything down here before i forget the details. This place is packed, it might be a great place to have a drink and watch football games but definitely not a place to eat. We unfortunately made that huge mistake.Hello!I'm sorry.I will pass on the complaint to those responsible.

My wife and I were recommended this place for lunch. Together with our guide we had 3 different fruit juices, - the list available is extensive, and 3 large baguettes for $20. The baguettes had plenty of filling and was more than substantial for lunch. The bread is also good and made a change form the rest of the places we had visited in South America. Although the restaurant is fairly sparsely furnished, it is clean, the toilets and wash areas are clean and from what we could see the Kitchen was also very clean. A good place to eat - thoroughly recommended.

The restaurant appears to cater to locals, who mostly order the buffet. We were staying nearby, and decided to give it a try, but ordered a la carte, and we were very pleasantly surprised at how high quality the food was for the price. The restaurant is open air to the street, with additional outdoor seating on the street if you want to people watch. The food portions were large, and were carefully prepared. I ordered the filet mignon with gorgonzola, and it was two pieces of steak, cooked medium, with gorgonzola sauce, and three cheese-stuffed zucchini pieces, rice, and decorative salad. My guest ordered the chicken with mushrooms, which was two breast filets served with a cheese and mushroom sauce, a ham-stuffed potato, rice and salad decoration. Each dish was R$25 (about US $10).The food was delicious and prices very reasonable. The only drawback is that the restaurant is a bit lacking in ambience -- you would not expect this high quality food from looking at the place.Overall, this restaurant was a relief from the usual tourist traps in Foz do Iguacu. We would definitely go back.

This is a great find. Well priced and good service. The sausage, wings and heart of Palm are all good starters. But it's all about the burger. Double bacon cheese. Cooked just to the point of not being alive but still juicy and tender. AMAZING. Coming back. What a burger !

Myself and three colleagues visited Bel Viale on two occasions during our stay in Foz do Iguaçu - both times the food was excellent, but it was the staff who really made our day! The restaurant is not located in a touristic area, so we were not surprised to find that they didn't speak much English, nevertheless they had a wonderful sense of humour and our efforts to communicate some specific dietary requirements in 'Spanglishese' was great fun (it's difficult to be a lactose-intolerant vegetarian in Brazil, but we managed it!). Highly recommended.

This restaurant attracted me as it was full of locals every evening. I decided to stop for a bite and I was not wrong at all. The place is clean, well served, it has English menu and English speakig waiters. The food was delicious and the serving size larger than average. The prices are more or less the same as in other terraces in the center of Foz de Iguasu.
