Nice ambience, great soundtrack for the lovers of rock, and plenty of good beer options. However, I went there for a meal and was quite disappointed. When I got there, there was only one other group. I wanted a salad and one of the meats, but was told that I could not make any changes to the plate. I settled on a rosti potato that took over 40 minutes to arrive! When I complained, the waiter said it was because the preparation takes a long time. Well, I guess 40 minutes was not enough, because some of the inside of the potato was cold and not melted.Go there for beers; if you're famished like I was, better go somewhere else.

Nice place to go in the afternoon, for a beer and relaxing time. Place is not to close from the historical downtown, so be prepared to walk or take a cab. Place is very calm, ambient music is nice and appropriate for the place.Attendants very helpful and polite.

In an old building, beautifully restored, there is this café and a book store on one level and Tourisi Information on the other level, where there are always some art exhibition. Going there to see is nive enough, worth going there, but if you want to rest, and eat, it is a very good choice, close (real close) too many ot the mais attractions in the historical center of Ouro Preto. Old parts of the original construction have been maintained, and the decoration is just perfect. The service was also excellent, but really so!

Fui à Ouro Preto no fim de semana de 17 a 18/08/19 e resolvi conhecer o Dirceu após me recomendarem. Ledo engano que teria algo de bom. O local estava cheio e parece que não havia nenhum tipo de programação para atender as pessoas, apesar de haver inúmeros garçons. Para virem até à mesa, foram 15 minutos contados no relógio. Enfim, quando conseguimos, pedimos duas porções de uma vez e mais uma garrafa de vinho e uma água. Os lÃquidos demoraram mais 15 minutos e a comida mais 35. Por fim, pedimos uma linguiça com mandioca que veio crua por dentro e, quando reclamamos, o garçom questionou. Ou seja, não foi nada bom, nem comida e muito menos atendimento. Evitem!
