Reviews on Cafe food in Bremen, State of Bremen, Germany. The second most populous town in North Germany, Bremen brings the high-tech, science and space industries together beneath a truly metropolitan backdrop. In a city where innovation, beauty and sophistication meet, it's impossible not to feel the life force. In this 1,200-year-old Hanseatic city, visit the Schlachte Promenade on the River Weser, the full-sized Columbus Space Module of the International Space Station and the Universum Science Center. Oh, and "Hanseatic" refers to an alliance of trading cities in the 13th-17th centuries. But you probably knew that.

Enjoyed a lovely late lunch in this quaint little restaurant. Two vegetarians in our party were able to find a good selection on the menu. Food was very tasty with large portions, also a variety of drinks available from teas to wine. Staff very friendly.

Nearby the hotel this north italian restaurant is situated. I ve got a good recommendation. The place is like a wooden ski chalet but its for big groups, single guests are not so interesting. The staff show it all the time. The dishes are expensive more than the worth,Its tasty but nothing special.

We visited for late breakfast. We sat outside and watched the world go by.I had the French breakfast, my husband had the Italian breakfast. We both had a cappuccino. The coffee was great and the food even better. Our rolls & croissant were freshly cooked. All the ingredients were top quality. Prices very good. Recommend, recommend! 100%.We are going back tomorrow.

Every time I visit Bremen with my family, I try to have lunch at this nice restaurant. This week it was my third, maybe fourth time. I looked for it because previous experiences were very nice. This time I must say I walked out disappointed. The reception was friendly, in Bremen style - dry - but we were quickly seated. It was 2:00pm which is already past-the-bremenlunchtime, but Schröterâs has till 3:00pm open for lunch. The waiter tWho took care of us was a different one and extremely unfriendly. We ordered one appetizer, a blend tasting yellow fin tuna tataky, and three main courses. A henfricasee which had a hospital meal appearance and taste. We had to ask for salt, pepper and curry to get it going. A US steak which was ok and my Irish filet mignon was excellent. We were very lucky to get a coffee at the end, as closing time is absolutely sacred, even if a customer is still there.....
