Fazendo Arte is gem and a must do while in Morro. Beautifully crafted, delicious and affordable food that anyone who visits Morro can't afford to miss. The restaurant is small, intimate and cozy, with great staff who take pride in what they're doing. I usually don't leave reviews, but my overall experience here was so incredible, I simply couldn't keep myself from sharing. If you're in Morro, do yourself a favor and eat here, you will not regret it.

My family ended up eating there twice in 4 days! First day we ordered a grilled dish that came with grilled fish, FOUR lobsters, grilled shrimp and octopus PLUS 4 caipiroskas as bonus - all of this for only R$150!! Friendly servers and nice live music (restaurants alternate between bands so the music from next door does not compete with the music at the restaurant).Second visit we ordered 2 moquecas of shrimp. They came with rice, pirao, beans and farofa. Very delicious!

It is only thanks to Clarindo, the wonderful gentleman who wheeled our luggage to our nearby hotel, that we learned of this simple, non-assuming restaurant located on the 3rd beach. Diners seemed to frequent the place at all hours. The menu had a million options and we weren't sure what to try, but after a little guesswork, we decided on the shrimp stew and traditional beef with cassava flour, rice and salad. Portions are meant for sharing (about 60R for one dish) but can be split for about 30R each. I also enjoyed 3 delicious caipirinhas as easy listening American music played in the background --- simple, but perfect for this section of the island's laid-back atmosphere. Do not hesitate to try it!

Great location and ambience but lacks great service and the food is heavily charged for what you eat. Everything in Morro is more expensive then in other locations and it is not because the service or quality of food is outstanding but the excuse is that transportation to the island is difficult and costly. The truth is that this has become an excuse to over price everything in the island, including coconut and fish which is produced in the island. Id recommend this restaurant and a visit to Morro because it is worth it. For the view of the restaurant, the look it has and the food which is average.

I've been there two nights ago. After a long wait, premising I was the only costumer, my pizza has arrived. It was like an old hard cracker with some stuff representing food on the top!It was disgusting!!!!I was hungry so, despite the appearance of the dish, I did try to eat... but I just change my mind half way...Realizing my situation, the young girl serving me, came over and offer to change my dish... sort of 30 min too late...At the moment I was paying, I did say about my dish, and the manager or owner, I really don't know, just says next time would be better... and charge me as usual. You know when is gonna be "the next time"? NEVER!!!!!

Bossa Nova Bistro is the ideal place to enjoy a meal, tea time (with the traditional cheese bread), or a drink in a quiet setting and cozy ambient, with the best of Brazilian and international cuisine. Our menu carries the signature of Chef Georgio Rock ,
Got to this restaurant almost by accident, coming from a sunset at the mirante do farol. I had had a look for the best restaurants in the island on tripadvisor but this restaurant wasn't listed there, probably because of its lack of reviews in other languages (which is the reason I'm writing this one in English, more people should know about this place). We ordered spaghetti with shrimps and steak with mushrooms. The food took a little while to arrive, but the waitress was really sweet and came to our table often to remind us that it was taking a little longer than usual because the meals were all freshly made and I guess we were the first dinners of that evening. In the end, I had one of the best steaks I ever had (and I'm a steak lover) and my girlfriend was impressed with her shrimps. Also, the portions were quite big, expect to leave stuffed. But the best part is definitely the view. The restaurant is set on a big terrace facing the ocean, sitting on the slope between the port and the lighthouse. I almost regret going there after the sunset, as this is definitely one of the island's best spots to see it.I don't know if the staff speaks English and the menu was in Portuguese, but it's definitely worth a try. They don't offer "combo" options for two (at least for dinner) and they are a little pricier than the average on the island, expect to pay a little over 120 R$ for a meal for two.

Went in for a late and small dinner with my boyfriend. We are both vegetarian. We shared a main because we had a massive lunch. Ordered the zucchini milenasa with âwok de vegetables sauceâ - delicious, got two milenasa on the place with salad, rice and chips, also fried egg. All for $35BR! Caprihinas were yum too - two for $15BR. Total price of $50BR ($17 Australian) is very acceptable! Really friendly service too! Thanks!

We enjoyed an excellent dinner with our 2 kids. We had the seafood platter with lobster, clams, squids and fish served with rice and french fries. Food was great, service nice and the setting right next to the sea was wonderful. Our youngest does not like seafood so he had a steak which was also excellent.
