The food is very good. 1 dish serves 2 peole as long as they are not starving.I recommend any dish with Tucunare, DeliciousThe decoration is made with good taste and it worth for a romantic dinner.well located in the functional neigborhoog called as Adrianopolis is easy to get there.Prices are not small, but iit´s value for money. The only thing to complain is the waiters that are a little bit slow to attend.

Here you will be charged by the weight of your plate, and there are usually lots of different dishes on the buffet to choose from. You pay what you choose, at a flat rate for the weight, which is very fair. The food is ready, so you serve yourself, eat, and pay: great for the days you are in a hurry, or need to rush.

Fitz Carraldo Bistro opens every day during breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering an casual environment and contemporary culinary, which blends international classics with exotic Amazonian ingredients. Just a few steps from the Opera House, inside a beaut
We ate at the restaurant twice, once for dinner and again for lunch, and both times the food was quite good and the service excellent. For dinner, we had a fresh salad sprinkled with roasted local nuts, very tasty, while I had the house burger (one of the best-made burgers I have had in Brazil). A few days later we returned for lunch, where I had a wonderful ceviche made with a local fish. Definitely one of the classiest places to eat in Manaus.

It was crowded with upscale families and couples, and it was a Wednesday night, so that attests to its popularity. The staffers didn't speak much English, but they tried hard to please us. We shared #820 for 2 people~shrimp, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, milk rice surrounded by crunchy thin threads of fried cassava which never got mushy, all baked in a copper paella-type pan. Wonderful Argentine churros were hot and crispy and served with a delectable dulce de leche dipping sauce. There was a small band that played excellent bossa nova music.
