Tina's Kitchen has been opened since 2011 and is currently at it's third location since business started due to the demand for more and more seating . The Owner Ms. Tina as she is known decided to start her own small business after working at various reso
With a great wide open view of the beach, church, and playground area is Tinaâs. They even have a few Garifuna dishes as well. I went with a chicken quesadilla that was really good and the traditional Bundiga topped with a whole fish. The fish was so TASTY!!!

Luba Laruga is located right on the beach in the heart of Hopkins Village. We are right next to the public pier. We specialize in FRESH seafood dishes, but we serve chicken as well. Visit us if you want a very chill place with wonderful food at reasonable
Food was delicious. Very reasonably priced for all the freshness and quantity you get. The owner even drove us back to our condo since it was later than we expected and very dark. Freshly raked beach each day with wonderful views, hammocks for lounging too.

The Barracuda brings together fine dining with a casual, seafront atmosphere. We have the most extensive brunch menu in Belize, including a daily breakfast buffet. In the evening, choose from our selections of fine seafood, steaks, and pasta. We also have
We loved the food here. They have many specials for each day which is nice as it is something fresh (fish, lobster, ect...). The atmosphere is really nice too. Would come back for sure for a nicer meal while in hopkins.

Laid back casual restaurant focusing on Caribbean and local cuisine taken to a new level. We use the best locally-sourced ingredients and present them in a new way. We offer affordable and delicious menu items with seasonal specials, in a comfortable atmo
This was my favorite thing to do. I love the owners. So friendly and helpful. Our guides were both extremely knowledgeable on the history and alot of fun. What amazing views. I got bit by a bug while jet skiing afterwards . It didnt swell up until we were back to the states the next day. I sent a message to them and they were so helpful with information on what it could be. They went above and beyond. The atv was so much fun and the view was spectacular. Only other thing i would have liked to have done was stop at that chocolate shop. Haha

This breezy beach side restaurant offers local fare with an emphasis on fresh seafood, but it's best known for it's pina coladas. Visit the Rhum Shack for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We're sure you'll find something you like from shrimp ceviche and snappe
While in Hopkins waiting to check in to our resort, we stopped by for some lunch and drinks. I'm not sure who is writing all the positive reviews for this place. We spent 10 days in Belize and this was hands down the worst meal we had during the entire trip.My wife ordered the fried fish and I ordered fried shrimp. The fried fish was tough almost like a meat jerky. We suspect the fish may have been freezer burnt. My shrimp was tough as rocks to bite into and the shrimp had pulled away from the batter so sometimes you would not even get a bite of meat with the batter. The fries were not crisp but more like baked potatoes inside. We suspect their oil was old and had a lot of water in it. We didn't try the cole slaw as it was not cold and we didn't want to risk getting sick. After a few bites we got up and left. The waitress was polite and seemed concerned we were not happy with the meal and did provide a discount on the food even though we only ate a few bites. But for $40USD for 2 drinks and 2 meals (which were inedible) we made a point to tell everyone at the resort we were staying at to avoid Rhum Shack at all costs.Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize that your meal did not live up to expectations. We pride ourselves on providing fresh, locally-sourced meals. If guests have any issues with their meals or any special requests, we urge them to contact the onsite restaurant manager. We have revised the teamâs ingredient inspection process to ensure this will not happen again. All meals are subject to strict industry standards of freshness, cleanliness, and quality. Thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback.

Watch your food being cooked on a 700F lava stone directly at your table. Stunning beach scene
This is more a warning of eating seafood in summer months rather than a review of this lovely restaurant. We enjoyed our table looking out on the water and were intrigued by eating food cooked on 700 degree lava rocks. My fiancé ordered snapper and I ordered snapper and shrimp. It was delicious and our server was delightful. However, 3 hours later I was sick as was my fiancé a couple hours later. I quickly looked up seafood poisoning and learned that the toxins are normally carried in shellfish and can be also carried in fish that eat shellfish. (He only tried one of my shrimp). A restaurant has no way of knowing if a fish or shellfish is carrying the toxin and heat will not kill it. This happened to me in Key Largo 32 years ago in May when I ate shrimp. Be advised to stay away from seafood in the months without an ârâ. So PLEASE TRY THIS RESTAURANT BUT BE CAREFUL WHEN EATING SEAFOOD FROM MAY THRU AUGUST.

Chef Rob changes his menu on a daily base inspired by the freshest products delivered to us by the ocean and the land. You can have your meals prepared in the kitchen, or cooked directly at your table on a 700F hot Rock, the 'Love on the Rocks' concept. E
This is the place to go for fresh lobsters in Hopkins. Chef Rob is real gourmet chef, knows how to make the meal memorable. Both preparations of lobster were sublime, service friendly. Certainly, DO NOT FORGET to order seafood cappuccino. This is actually a soup! Inventive. All in all, the best dinner in Hopkins, and it doesn't come cheap, by Hopkins standards. Gotta do it once, though.

Lovely restaurant and staff. Food is superb and staff is super accommodating with dietary needs and even a great kids menu. As the name implies, this IS THE place for lobster in Hopkins. Special Lobster Season menu and dishes are divine. The simply grilled tail is perfect, but you can't beat sharing the lobster mac 'n cheese. My son enjoyed the Gluten Free Crispy Chicken Chicklets and got a fun kids toy and "tattoo". Highly recommend.

We had lunch here and the food and service was excellent. The jerk chicken was very tasty and very spicy. Richard was a great server and we really enjoyed getting to know him. Would highly recommend this place.

Beach restaurant and bar, in the center of Hopkins, where you can enjoy a great view of the Caribbean, tasteful meals prepared with fresh ingredients, and the best drinks in town!
We loved the Husk! We stayed at Coconut Row so we wanted to try other places in town but most nights we agreed that the food here was better than other places in town. So yummy-the husk toast for breakfast is unique, the curry dishes for dinner are really good, and the lunch special is always something yummy!
