Zayani is very convenient as it is in the say walking distance of many of the hotels that people use when stopping over pre/post flying from Heathrow. Despite this, the food is reasonably priced, has a good variety of dishes and the service is personable.

Ordered a takeaway over the phone only because one of our party was gluten intolerant so we wanted to know what was available. We asked how many poppadoms were in one portion told 1 so we ordered 2 portions we received 5?!?The Food arrived within an hour. Arrived warm not hotWe also received the wrong item we ordered chicken tikka masala... We received chicken? I phoned back to let them know of the mistake.I have NEVER been spoke to in such a manner. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Told it was my fault... Next time order online and WHATEVER. We were then told it will be there when it's ready. We waited another 30 mins. For all our food to be cold. I cannot believe they talk to people in this way. My family have come here for lots of meals however after today I will never order a takeaway or even consider eating in!Disgusting service.
