Reviews on Mexican food in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, Caribbean. The largest city in the U.S. Virgin Islands is a popular shopping center, home to 20,000 people, upscale shops, ecotours and underwater safaris. This former haunt of pirate ships now hosts millions of cruise passengers every year. Look beyond the boutiques and discover historic sights such as the bright red, 17th-century Fort Christian, the graceful green Legislature Building, the 1793 brick Lutheran Church and the taxing 99 steps stairway. Charlotte Amalie is easy to explore on foot.

Fun, open air bar and restaurant on the waterfront in St. Thomas. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great drinks. Air conditioned gaming room. Live sports on TV. Live music.
Itâs a good location to chill and drink a local beer while watching the world go by!There is plenty of outside seating - but it is next to a busy, noisy and smelly (exhaust fumes) road - so beware. Was pretty expensive considering all we had were two local beers, but itâs there for the tourists I guess!I may be wrong but I am sure this place has changed its name (and maybe ownership) since our last visit to the Island in Spring 2018.

I was working in St. thomas for three months and this was my favorite lunch spot. I have no idea how many lunches I ate here but it was a lot. Their street tacos are fantastic. They make the tortillas to order as well as the guacamole and use real mexican cheese. The service is surprisingly fast and the owners and staff super friendly.

We stopped here for a quick lunch between sightseeing adventures. My husband and I both ordered regular chicken and beef burritos. They were average - filling but nothing special. The chef/server was friendly and welcoming. It was also more affordable than other restaurants we had seen along the way.
