Went here for a drink on our recent cruise. The staff were the rudest and slowest we've ever come across. The girl who took our order never even looked at us and it took ages to get served in the first place. Drinks weren't cheap either. We'll go elsewhere on our next visit.

a multi cuisine restaurant opens for lunch and dinner nestled in Marriott vicinity in frigate bay st Kitts.
My husband and I got a recommendation from a friend. The food was GREAT! The restaurant is large, has a bar and the food is seasoned well and grilled. I had their two grilled skewer combo dish with chicken, sauteed veggies that were very fresh and coleslaw. My hubby had a grilled hamburger, wedge fries and coleslaw. Together the cost was only $25 US. We don't drink and just had water. There were table cloths and flowers on every table. Our waiter, Damion, was very personable. We will definitely go back and tell all of our friends. The restaurant could use some advertising. Go now before everyone hears about it!

Uncle Fat's is St. Kitts' premium sports bar, featuring island-inspired cuisine, house-brewed craft beer, and cocktails made in house with fresh, local ingredients, presented in an upbeat and genuine atmosphere that radiates a warm, welcoming island vibe.
wife ordered the jerk cheicken which she loved and I order the meat lovers which was okay. the brisket was tough and not falling apart like I have grown accustom when going to a BBQ in Dallas/forth worth. sides were plentiful and good. price was a little high for what we would have expected. $75 US for to meals and 1 app.

The evening we were there, was also the evening that the island was anticipating a visit from Tropical Storm Isaac, so several things were closed down, including Rumba's kitchen. Sadly, I did not get to try their food, but I am confident giving them such a good rating, just based on the service, atmosphere and drinks. We were there early, but there was already a small crowd which just kept getting bigger. We had MANY rum bunches during our vacation to St. Kitts and Nevis, however, these were, HAND'S DOWN the best. The prices were extremely reasonable too. I would have expected to pay at least 1 1/2 times the cost for these punches. I loved the open air seating, and they did have covers for the windows when we started getting a bit of wind and rain. I really wish I had gotten our bartender's name - she deserves recognition.

Came here to see some monkeys and mongoose while we ate as recommended by one of our earlier tour guides. We were not disapointed, and got to have a show with dinner as two yuong monkeys showed up and started wrestling and rolling around, also saw our first mongoose. The restaurant itself had good service once we had a menu, and food was delivered promptly to the table. It tasted good and the drinks came before my bottle was empty. All in all this was our best experience eating at a beach bar and grill during our week long visit.

There's not a lot to recommend the port/capital city of St.Kitts, Basseterre, however there's a gem hiding amongst the bustling waterfront: Twist Lounge. Up a flight of stairs sharing a building with a cigar emporium and across from a mid-seedy casino, the Twist has a wide variety of decidedly unexpected dishes. We had the curried chicken and a seafood (fresh) stew. Both were very well presented and reminiscent of visits to top level Indian or far east bistros. Not the iguana soup you get in Bon Aire or the Red fish in Aruba, but a startling entree in the St.Kitts somewhat lack luster culinary efforts. We'd go back. Service seems a little lackadazical, but it's really just island time, man---prices are extremely reasonable considering you get a serious feast with the entrees.Kudos to the chef. It made St.Kitts a much more palatable stop on our recent journey through the eastern Caribbean.

We got a recommendation from a person who works at the Resort we were staying at in St. Kitts. He's in the picture below and does a amazing job at the Resort. Anyway, this restaurant has the best local food! We wanted to try a local dish. We kept hearing about the dumplings and salt fish so we ordered it and it was amazing! It almost looked like stew. I heard their Pina Coloda's were the best and that they are. The service was fantastic. It is located on Princess Street up the road from the cruise port. You'll see the city clock in the middle of the road and then you take a left after it. The value is unbelievable! We ordered 2 lunches and 3 drinks and it was only $38! If you are in St. Kitts you must try this restaurant!

This is the beachfront bar for the Timothy Beach Resort and opens daily around 3pm. It was pretty quiet most days except Sunday night when a really good band plays in a friendly non-threatening environment.

If you dock in St. Kitts this is the place to grab a bit to eat. If you are on the island but not at the port, you must find a way to get here. The food is absolutely heavenly. The crab stuffed shrimp is sweat and tasty beyond expectations. This is a small unassuming place. Donât let the appearance fool you. The food is five stars good. This is a must go to Restaurant, donât miss it.

Lovely little beach bar and restaurant. Great beach for relaxing with reasonably priced sunbeds at $5 per person. Definitely recommend.
