We went with the family. Our son got the noodle bowl and we had crab cakes, shrimp salad, dumplings, and szechuan noodles. Food was good. Also enjoyed the musical entertainment and the cute house cats that will visit your table if you call them over. Also, if you are gluten free they have a great annotated menu that helps you order. Very helpful!

The food is great but the service is terrible. When we arrived 30 minutes past opening time, the staff was milling about do things that should have been done before opening. They were still preparing the little signs about the daily specials that didn't reach the tables for another 30 minutes. No one approached our table to ask if we wanted anything for at least 15 minutes. We had to get assertive and stop a staff person as they tried to zip past our table. Finally someone came out and put a couple plates on our table and some DIRTY glasses but still did not take an order. Finally when our food arrived it was put down and the server zipped away. We had to stop someone else to ask for silverware and napkins. The bartender was horrible and I guess was responsible for serving the tables in the bar area. He basically ignored our table but was partying it up with a table of young ladies. They need a waiter that is responsible for the tables in the bar and the bartender needs to do bartender work. We had to wave him down more than once to remind him of drinks we ordered. We felt like no one was responsible for serving our table. I love the food but it was a frustrating dealing with the staff.First, weâd like to apologize that you did not thoroughly enjoy your dining experience at Lucky Chops; and thank you for sharing your experience with us.
