Amici Restaurant is one of Spalding's most loved independent restaurants that specialise in Italian cuisine. We offer a wide range of Italian food including freshly cooked pasta, freshly prepared pizzas by our own pizza chef along with a superb selection of fresh meats, fish and home-made Italian desserts. We located on Vine Street, in the centre of this wonderful market town with adjacent free parking after 6pm. We strongly recommend that you book well in advance, especially for weekends. The restaurant has disabled access and WC along with a fully licensed bar and air conditioning. We also tailor for a number of allergies including gluten free, offer a good selection of vegetarian dishes and we are very family friendly.
Four of us had lunch here today and we all enjoyed our meals. We started with the calamari - very tender squid In excellent batter and a lovely sauce. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed his pizza, we had the veal escalopes, which again were very tender with a delicious sauce. Puddings were great too, can really recommend the tiramisu.
A thoroughly enjoyable meal. We shall return!

We have been here a couple of times with our neighbours & each time we have had very good food, & good service. My husband and I couldn't eat all of ours so we had a doggy bag.

We specialize in Cantonese cuisine and have been a local favourite for over 25 years. Our vast range of dishes include baked lobster in ginger and spring onion to delicate steamed dim sum. If you are looking for a warm welcome and traditional Cantonese food we are the one for you.
Yet again another amazing meal at The Crystal Inn, ate in for a meal this time but just as good food whether you take away or eat in the upstairs restaurant. Traditional Family run business - The owner remembers the regulars and makes you feel welcome. Would 100% recommend - I can eat here even with being Dairy and Soya intolerant with no problems

I emailed the restaurant at short notice to ask if they could cater for me as a vegan. I got a very quick reply saying that they are including a new vegan option very soon, but if I ring to say when I would be...MoreYou are very welcome Nan F. We are working on vegan starters and pudding today! Watch this space. X

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is superb and the customer service is faultless. If you appreciate and understand really good Indian food, this is definitely the place to eat in Spalding.
My Rezala dish was delicious, the chicken in the Shashlik was so well marinated and tender. The Bangla naan was gorgeous too. Everything was fab!
I cannot wait to come back again!

This gem of a place is actually a take away downstairs but a down to earth fish cafe upstairs. Formica tables and cups of tea and the best fish and chips I've ever tasted. Small selection of alcohol and swatting downstairs if that's an issue for less mobile customers.

A friendly family run business located in the heart of the Village
Best pub lunch I have ever had!! Lamb and beef and homemade Yorkshire pudding and stuffing served with a choice of 12 veg!!! Desert choice was immense and I had Rhubarb and apple crumble. Mouthwatering home cooled food for a very reasonable £15.49. Highly recommended but book in advance!!!

Our first visit to this wonderful pub and certainly won't be our last. My husband had broccoli soup, I had chicken liver pate, crostini, delicious chutney and salad, both had Roast beef and all the trimmings, 7 seasonal vegetables then chocolate/almond pudding and ice cream for me, apple crumble/custard for my husband. £16 for 3 courses - fabulous. Would rate it more than 5* if I could. Extremely friendly, helpful staff.

Pub and Restaurant serving a range of meals to suit all occasions. Part o of JD Wetherspoons.
This is the worst visit ever to this place. After looking at the menu, we thought we would try their Christmas menu. We were told that certain components of each dish was not available. Seeing it was a bitterly cold day, I then asked for a hot chocolate drink. They no longer do this. As alternatively went for coffee and was handed a couple of mugs for the machine. As I said bitterly cold outside. The air con was blowing icy cold air at full pelt. The whole building was chilled. Not quite to the extent of seeing your breath but bitterly cold. We went to the area where a welcoming fire was normally lit but there was a red danger sticker on the appliance. I
looked around and every Customer to a man and woman were still wearing their coats. I asked a member of staff if they could turn off the air con, or at least set the air to walk, she said that the system was broken and the air was being pumped in from outside so the setting could not be changed. I felt very sorry for the staff who should not be forced to work in such H conditions. Eventually I ordered, when it came it looked so unappetising and looked reheated. There again looked as though elements were omitted from this meal. It feels as though this once flagship in our town has fallen on hard times. Weather's points also disappointingly removed their popular all day breakfast from the menu. Which looks bland and colourless. Will be avoiding this place for foreseeable future. Used to love it there. Real shame. Feels unloved and that the owners are too big to care.
