From sun-drenched archipelagos and bustling urban cities to snowcapped mountains and semi-arid deserts, Spain epitomizes geographical diversity. As the meeting point of the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, this vast country offers some of Europe’s most dramatic landscapes, as well as some of its tastiest cuisine.

From the moment you start to drive up towards "Magic Mountain" you know you are in for something truly special. The hotel is situated overlooking a valley in prime position with views across to the "Los picos de Europa " once you park and make your way to the reception you get the feeling you are walking in history, walking in such charming surroundings so quaint and detailed. Cobbled paving stones with imense rustic country beauty. Buildings constructed with exquisite traditional detail. Not over the top luxury but far better welcoming sincere warmth where simple pleasures are done so beautifully you feel the tranquilty from every stone, plant and timbered beam. The breakfast is so fresh and tasty you can't stop but eat, eat, and eat. The dinners done so well as they send you the menu via WhatsApp so you can choose the option you desire of starter and main course (I loved this!) I could wait to recieve the whatsapp! The food is so fresh as the produce is grown and harvested from the land and area. You truly can taste the quality. I took the option for a fireplace in my bedroom. And it could not have been cosier. The bed was extremely comfortable and the morning views to wake up to are out of this world. Well what can I say about the staff. Each and everyone made me feel so incredibly comfortable they all possessed such humble and sincere proffesionilsm that is so very rare to find. If its views, tranquility, breathtaking nature, mouthwatering food and incredible staff and service your after then book this place now and rediscover yourself. I cant wait to return.

Mas Prat is a country house surrounded by green meadows and forests where, some months of the year, over one hundred cows graze. The house is divided into different levels. One level consists of four double-rooms and another level has one triple-room and one quadruple-room. This allows for those couples who may wish so, to be more quiet and enjoy a more appropriate environment for their demands, while families with children may use the other level, making both options compatible. Also, a working group wishing to have a private space may use a whole floor for themselves. We would like to make your stay in Mas Prat de Castellar a unique experience and that is why the rooms have been conceived to foster a feeling of peace and tranquillity. Each room is different and has many details; they are all en-suite, some of them have a shower and some a bath tub, and they all have a hair-drier, TV with DVD reader and heating. The air-conditioning has been installed in the living-rooms whilst all rooms have ceiling fans. We did not try to make luxurious rooms, but comfortable, creative and charming ones.
We were looking for a base camp to tour around the beautiful Garrotxa region and its Medieval villages (Beget, Rupit, Besalú, Castelfollit de la Roca, etc.) and we found this place not through the usual websites but on Google Maps. Lucky us. And lucky our dogs too (they welcome well-behaved dogs for a small fee and they are free to roam around except on the dining areas; ours ended up good friends with their's, the gorgeous Pellut). Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. This mountain lodge is situated on a terrenal paradise situation, overlooking the Bianya Valley range, where sunrises are to die for. The infinite pool was too cold to use in winter, but it added a magical mirror effect to the terrace. Two horses grazed in the park, adding to the picturesque effect. Room heating was excellent and water pressure also, the latter not all that common among mountain lodges. Cleanliness was great too. But asides from the natural peace and beautiful surroundings, two things make it stand out: one, the food, which wouldn't pale in comparison to any great city restaurant (and based on proximity/eco ingredients). Breakfast invites to loosen your belt a couple notches, and dinner is just awesome. There are many options to choose from, but the Granny-style free range chicken, the vegetable terrine and the carpaccio of Garrotxa veal were something to write home about. And the other factor that makes this place special, obviously the most important one, is the attitude and charm of the owners/managers, Roser and Héctor, who love what they do, making each guest feel at home from the very moment they step foot on the property. I guess the word "care" is what describes them best: they care for the visitors, care for the property, care for the food and care for the environment. If you want to disconnect while not giving up comfort and really feel welcome, this is your place.

Fantastic Houses and hotel in the Arribes del Duero Natural Park, with a natural Spa und Thermal Cave private and romantic. We have many possibilities and offers. Write us a mail!!
We've been to this hotel on January, and it was the best trip of the year. We booked the Romantic suite - which's totally worth the price. There was included a spa experience for both of us. The private spa is SO AMAZING we wanted one for our house! They included a free white wine or champagne bottle for drinking in the spa. It's such an incredible idea! It's located on a very small village near Arribes del Duero, Salamanca. The room is just perfect, rustic, natural & romantic. And we had a private access to the rooftop, which was stunning too. The owners are just so kind and they make you feel like family. Also dogs are allowed, and this is a great point. Definitely, although the suite seems to be too much, it's very cheap with all the things it include and of course it's totally worth the money. The only thing we disliked was the room bath as it was open and that's not a good idea for couples :D We usually read about updates and offers from this place, as we're hoping visit it again very soon!

One of the best hotel I have ever been. My partner booked a room for Christmas (Zarza) and couldn't been better. Big room with jacuzzi, 2 flat tv, big bathroom and amazing view. I have to say that the mattress and pillows are amazing. All the people involved on this place are A1, they went the extra mile to make our stay incredible. Thanks for everything, especially to Veronica.

L’Avenc is a family home with self-catering cottages, studios and rooms with wonderful views and delicious breakfasts and evening meals. We can cater for business retreats as an unique revenue that will enliven your work team. Yoga retreats, and small family celebrations are welcome. Awarded first prize in Responsible tourism in 2013, we started by restoring the 13th-16th century masia in 1997, where we lived until 2016, to its former glory, have introduced renewable energy in the form of solar panels and a wind generator, and are currently running the cattle farm and co-managing the area of outstanding natural beauty with the trust: Fundació Catalunya-La Pedrera. We finished our new wing (May 2013) and offer from that moment simple rural comfort and delicious breakfasts. We are open nearly all year round and are committed to keeping the countryside beautiful and visitable, keeping small villages alive, employing local residents and to enhancing and supporting animal welfare.
We immediately felt like we were in a scene out of James Bond when the underground garage doors opened. L’avenc is set in a stunning location and an ideal spot if you are looking for peace and tranquility although if you are active there are some great walks. The hotel is tastefully decorated and very light and open. The food is excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful. We had a studio apartment which was fully equipped which allowed us to cook for ourselves a few times. The rooms are spotless and really my only complaint is the quality of the pillows!

This Casa is located in a beautiful small village called Peralejos de Las Truchas (3 hour drive from Madrid). It is a perfect escape to feel the countryside away from all worries in life. Chon's Casa is a marevellous wooden house which has been designed personally by the family itself. There are many details right from the moment you enter the terrace until you put your hands on the beautifully designed switches. The rooms are perfectly clean with a provision of hot water and a fire place for the double room. You may even find a secret window in one of the double bed rooms located on top of the roof to enjoy the morning light. There are many activities to do. The forest is worth taking a walk to see the unknown and enjoy the river Tajo' with the trouts hunting for food. It was a marvellous and an unforgettable trip !

In PARETS D'EMPORDA, a small town in the Pla de l'Estany and near l'Alt Emporda, Torrencito MAS is a farmhouse dating back to XV CENTURY. The house is surrounded by fields and woods, and a few meters you pass a small stream of clear water. The farmhouse offers 8 comfortable commuter double and triple rooms, 8 bathrooms, living room with high ceilings and wooden beams, fire room with fireplace and old bread oven and garden furniture, pool, games for children; all combined with a lovely decoration and a typical local cuisine.
My husband, our Labrador and I stopped for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. The Mas is a unique place and we were made to feel completely at home. Our dog was welcome everywhere and he obviously enjoyed himself. We had a super comfy bedroom and Milo was given his own bed, he accompanied us to supper which was delicious and breakfast the following morning was amazing, so much choice, a true Catalan feast ! We are very much looking forward to a return visit and thank everyone at the Mas for their kindness.

Our rural finca complex "The Algarrobales" has an area of 25hectars located in a spectacular natural environment in the prehistoric dolmens valley, in the heart of Andalusia. We guarantee absolute tranquility with panoramic views over the stunning scenery of the National Park of Grazalema. This national park was declared a biosphere reserve and the blue-green waters of the swamp Zahara - El Gastor. There are color contrasts in the green of the mountains and the imposing mass of carob trees, oaks and olive trees. Buzzards, a variety of raptors, eagles and other birds are sighted daily. In less than 2km you will get to the village of El Gastor, also known as the BALCONY OF THE WHITE VILLAGES. You'll get in 20 min. To the mountain village Ronda, we are 1 hour away from Seville, Cadiz, Marbella and Puerto Banus and Malaga 1:30 min. We offer 13 houses for couples and families, 5 pools, tennis court and a meeting room for parties, business meetings or other occasions. Beside the charm that the complex has and the peace that it passes, this environment offers a multitude of entertainment options and you can organize day trips to other cities or major towns of Andalusia. For example you could visit Arcos de la Frontera, located 160m on the river Guadalete with its famous bird observatories, Granada with its magnificent Alhambra, Pilate's house in Seville and enjoy the Atlantic beaches in Cadiz.
We had an amazing time. The house had everything you could ever wish. There are lots of trees around so the summer heat didn’t bother us at all. The swimming pool has salt water so no irritation on the eyes whatsoever. Plenty of green space to chill on reclining chairs around the pool, incredible sunsets over the mountains, quiet environment with privacy, lovely porch to enjoy a meal, amazing bed to rest after hiking. It truly id a magical environment and I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to disconnect and enjoy nature at its best. Esther was so attentive and kind. I am so grateful for the experience! ✨?✨

Mas ReGort is a cottage dating from the eighteenth century, but there are writings naming it since several centuries before. We have restored it maintaining the charm and the tradition, but with all the comforts of our time such as TV, Internet, heating, etc.. Between the Ripolles and the Garrotxa, the house enjoys a privileged, easily accessible, and well connected environment. It can be reached by car via the N-260a or by public transport from Ripoll’s train station and by bus, that takes you to the door of the property. The cottage is located in the municipality of Vallfogona del Ripollès, where you will find a sports area with a swimming pool, a football field and a multisports centre. Part of the town is included in the natural space of Montesquiu-Milany-Vallfogona, which means an offer of valleys, mountains, landscapes and the enjoy of life in the countryside.
Great recommendation. My boyfriend and I had the best stay at Mas Regort. It was pretty much perfect in every single way. We stayed one night in this beautiful old rustic house which has been restored with patience and love by the amazing owners, Cari and Pere. They’re great hosts and personally take care of every single detail. Everything was perfectly ready and inviting on our arrival. We were welcomed in and then shown the beautiful cottage, room by room. It really exceeded our expectations… charming place, great decor, beautiful views, attention to detail everywhere, delicious food, exceptionally good and warm service. In addition, the room was also gorgeous, clean and comfortable. No words, just a fabulous and peaceful stay. It was a unique experience. Would highly recommend this place. Thank you for a lovely stay, Cari and Pere. We look forward to coming back again.
