This small restaurant in the North of La Gomera has a spectacular setting overhanging the cliff face with a section with a glass floor to see the views. Beautiful views of Mount Teide in the distance complete the perfect position. The food is simple and well presented, salads, steaks, spicy pork etc. The waiters will also happily demonstrate the Gomeran communication by whistling invented for long distances and still taught in schools. If you are visiting Gomera from Tenerife for the day, make sure this is on the itinerary!

Picked up a pizza, it was fine, but hey, it was a pizza, what can i say. The beer i bought was cold and also fine. The people serving are nice.
Quite why some restaurants get lots of reviews and others hardly any seems a bit random - and unfair. Particularly in the case of this restaurant where the delightful owner - who didnât speak a word of English - gave us the most delicious and authentic meal weâve had on La Gomera. The menu - which is in English, by the way - is vast but every dish is cooked expertly and it contains brilliant traditional dishes. We had grilled cuttlefish - superb - and rabbit - delicious...all washed down by glasses of a house red that was way above the usual plonk lots of restaurants sell as house wine. We had to have red,by the way, because that IS the house wine! The patron doesnât do house white or rose. And he doesnât do house wine by the carafe, either, but when itâs only two Euros per glass, who cares? Enjoy!
An eclectic mix of customers which makes it an excellent place to people watch. Good snacks and drinks available; it just a shame that the service on the outside tables is so poor

Really nice place run by English, Germans and Spanish people, so that's the entire demographic of Gomera. Gorgeous smoothies and pancakes and healthy breakfasts. Nice convivial atmosphere as well. Lovely, highly recommended. Thanks Paul

On the main square in playa de Santiago beside the taxi rank so good spot for people watching. Very good freshly made smoothies which were very tasty and not too sweet. Calamares romana were ok but a bit soggy. Had much better locally. Overall an ok convenient lunch stop.
