At 14Euros a cocktail your average person would need a good excuse to go here. We had,so we did and we were not disappointed. Hotel restaurants get overlooked. In most cases thatâs a good thing. Itâs often a mystery why a good hotel does not pay attention to its restaurant and if done well can be a great revenue stream. The Bistro at Espléndido Hotel is really very good. Youâll find it hard to pick a duff dish. David and team work with carefully chosen ingredients. They know how to cook. Front of house decked in white shifts, jeans and trainers look after you well even at busy times. Please book a day or two ahead. So many walk-ins get turned away. Itâs a busy place. Most inventive restaurant menu in the area. Enjoy. No fee was received for this review. What fantastic food! First time eating proper sushi and it was amazing. The flavours and the presentation were just super. We had miso soup and Thai chicken salad to start then a selection of sushi and sashimi followed by a desert of Sichuan pepper with raspberry and cream and caramel ice cream-it was lighter than we thought and finished the meal perfectly. Good wine selection too.Great service and decor perfectly matched the food. We will be back.

The food is really good and tastfull (the Garlic Naan Bread was soooo good)! The waitress is very friendly and offered us a drink on the house at the end of the meal. They have menuâs in different languages (german, english and spanish) Really recommended!!!

We arrived after midnight to Soller and this was the only place, where we could get food. We had two curries and some kebab. The curries with Nan were fine, whereas the kebabas were ordinary.
