this is a really vibrant cocktail / sushi bar right on the water's edge - probably the best spot in formentera⦠open for sundowners through til last man standing⦠ambient lighting, relaxing loungers / swinging chairs. trending yet mellow hang out spot to go on your own & meet people or to meet up with friends.the sushi is exquisite, the cocktail menu is an extensive mix of traditional and adventurous, full of different flavours you can happily work your way through and quite honestly it's the kind of place they would go out of their way to make you what you ask for anyway. customer service is 5 star - the hosts / hostesses make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. they are helpful, friendly and genuinely all smiles (and all gorgeous) which adds to the already beautiful scenery⦠In spite of its excellence across the board, it remains totally unpretentious. you are immediately welcomed and made to feel both at home and valued as a client.music is ambient / chill out / cafe del mar - cool tunes to match the good vibe, making it easy to pass time here.to excel in each individual component of an overall consumer experience is rare, but i feel these guys have got it right.*top tip* don't leave without trying the meloncello / leave some for me!
Located in the Puerto Deportivo of La Savina, Temakinho Formentera with its magnificent dehor facing the harbor, can be seen as a sophisticated take on Rio de Janeiro's botequims. The restaurant's decòr is conceived to blend into the natural environment a
The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is cosy with a tropical vibe. You can see the harbour from the terass which is nice both in the daytime and the evening. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the food. They served the BEST caiprinhas we've ever tasted here! We also had excellent crab in batter and some tasty sushi. This place is top notch!

Service was good and fairly fast (but then again, we were the only customers before 6pm, thanks to our two children). We ordered a Formentera burger and a chili burger (menú--includes fries and drink). The burgers were both undercooked inside, meat was still pink in the middle. The fries were thin and many very crispy (which seems more like a chip than a fry). This is probably as good as a burger is going to get on the island. The chicken nuggets were okay...my three year old liked them at least. Next time, we'll just stay home and make burgers ourself. Those of you that are familiar with burgers from the US, I am comparing this to FatBurger, In and Out, and Five Guys. Cheers!

A range of colours and smells that fuses Mediterranean traditions with great attentionto detail. A daring cusine that makes use excellent ingredients and produces dishies to satisfy even the most refined palates.
Great location in the port where the yachts are moored overlooking the water. We popped in for drinks before catching the tourist bus. Lovely place, very attractively furnished and service was so friendly and polite that we popped in again afterwards! And were we glad we did! We tried the sushi which was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Scallops, prawns, salmon. Delicate flavours that were mouthwatering. One set of dishes was presented by the chef in a dramatic smoking pot! The staff were just as delighted by our reactions as we were eating the dishes! Apparently the chef has worked for Giorgio Armani and Nobu in Milan. Wine was good too. If only we had been staying in Ibiza longer, we certainly would have gone back. We' really glad you appreciate your staying in molo47. We'll be pleased to welcome you again next time.

Aigua has two major environments: the restaurant at the ground floor and the sushibar on the roof. We only went for some drinks at the sushibar to enjoy the views over the harbour...and it is worth it, especially close to the sunset (although you don't have direct views to watch the set down the horizon... A pity). The environment is zen, comfortable and definitely fashion. Service is extremely friendly and will guide you trough the menu (either food or cocktails). No food recommended this time, although I remember it was pretty good sushi last time, bur very expensive too.Labels: $$$$, 2eat, 2drink, #japanese, #mediterranean, #groups, #fashion, #views, #terrace, #romantic
