Visitied this place with a relatively large group for lunch.Nice seating, friendly service and very good value for money, 3 course for 10 people was very reasonable and the food was great. Can't really say what I had since my local colleagues helped me find what to eat but whatever it was (some sort of bean stew for starter a meat &potatoes for main, melon to round it all off :-).Next time I'm in town I'll be back.

We came here because we were told that the food was good. First of all, the lunch menu is extremely different than the dinner/weekend menu. Whether or not it was the waitress' forgetfulness, we were not offered any grilled food nor were shown an interesting menu. So we ordered various things, all mediocre to say the best. However, I am here to comment not on the food but on the service. I ordered a melted provolone dish which arrived. It was melted provolone. I found a slice of plastic/wax in it, and when the waitress arrived I pointed it out. Instead of saying sorry, or asking if I'd like the dish substituted or any other appropriate reaction, she started saying how it was "normal" and that it happened often. She went on and on even when it started becoming obvious that I wasn't interested in the least as to why it was there but only wanted her to say sorry. Which is why I am writing this review now, and why I asked for a complaints sheet and formally complained not about the occurrence of the wax (that, I do understand) but about customer service and general politeness. When there is something wrong with your dish in the restaurant you work in, you say sorry. That's it. Not complicated, not overly demanding. We will not return. Mainly for fear of spit or other unsavoury ingredients being put in our food. Pity.

This is a tipical Castillian-Spanish restaurant. We order the special menu of 18 â¬.First course was difficult to choose because the options were not very atrative for me.For the main course they have roasted lamb leg to choose, you have to add 7 ⬠more, and here the options are good enough for the price. When we come to the desserts; well, this is not good. They said their pies are "home made", but they are not good.

If you're looking for a spacious, family oriented restaurant with a menu catered particularly to meat lovers then this is the place for you. The terrace and kids play area is worth the trip alone and I strongly advise booking ahead. All in all a great option for a large gathering, some of the biggest tables I've seen in Spanish restaurants.Make sure you're hungry!!

We have driven past here for over 1 year and visited for the first time today. Really impressed, from arrival to departure the staff were professional and responsive, recommending some excellent dishes we would not have chosen and which were superb. As a table of 3 people we each ordered something different and each dish was very well cooked and served promptly. The ingredients were good and fresh - the beef, pork & prawns superb.Wine list is good without being exceptional.Interior & exterior is traditionally Spanish. The interior is warm and inviting with an excellent collection of Atleticó de Madrid memorabilia (not Real Madrid as an earlier review commented!).
