Specialities of fresh fish and paellas
Average food, same menu as most of the restsurants and very overpriced for what it is.Don't bother, go further along towards Don Ana, there are better places even at the same trip off prices

This was single handedly the most disappointing restaurant i visited in Puerto Rico.Ordered that tapas for 2 at â¬29 and when it arrived it was well below average. Squid like rubber, mussels (3) that were overcooked and prawns that were indescribable! Small pluse was that the melon and ham was beautiful (they didn't cook that!) Overall POOR and bad experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. PS The restaurant next door is so much better!

After working in another restaurant since 10 January 2003, Sandra decided to open her own place in June 2011. Silver Sand is a restaurant with a large variety of food. It has a day menu with nice tapas, snacks such as sandwiches, burgers, baguettes, omele
Great food and good prices with a perfect view over the Amadores beach. Sandra, the owner, speaks excellent English and always makes you feel welcome and at home. The menu offers a wide selection of snacks, tapas, sandwiches etc., as well as more sophisticated dishes. Try the goat cheese salad - itâs delicious! The portions are generous and the ingredients are always very fresh, special requests are easily accommodated.

We have eaten here before and really enjoyed the food but were rather disappointed today. It was ok and we didnât want to make a fuss. But for the price, the seafood was not as fresh as it should have been, particularly the prawns which were quite mushy. Itâs a pity because the staff are lovely, the service excellent and the setting is great - right on the beach.

We are a small family restaurant. Modest, with simple decoration. Located in the same port of "Puerto Base", Puerto Rico. We try to specialize in fish and seafood specialties. Offer a warm and attentive service. And we do not pretend to be the best restau
The food was adequate for the price, but the service and hospitality was abysmal. We wouldn't have tipped if we had received our change! We had to take cutlery from a different table due to not being given any. The childrens main meals were served along with the appetizers- which was tapas for the table. As a family of 2 adults and 2 young children we felt very unwelcome.

Restaurante Julia - A bite that make you smile - Closed for vacation. 1 june - 8 july sorry for the inconvenience!
Julia is one of the good, old restaurants in Arguineguin, and that alone is a proof of quality where many resturants «comes and goes». Service is and friendly, and the food very good, especially their seafood. My favorite is «Mejillones de la Casa».And the view speaks for itself.

We stayed at Donana a stones throw away ,so Montsemar was just the job for a good morning coffee and a panoramic view of the beach and sea. Dinner was special with quick, professional service . Highlights were Prawns in spinach with a curry sauce excellent . Their lasagne was one of the best-ever! Apparently the chef is Italian and so its made with fresh pasta. Teamed with some warm ciabatta to mop the tomato sauce up-moorish.....House wine by the glass is generous and good value both white and red. Unlike mainland Spain where diners arrive with small children at 10pm to eat -in Gran Canaria 9.30 seems to be clearing up time in some places.

Had a fabulous evening meal at El Guanches Grill this evening with my sister. The owner and restaurant staff are polite and really friendly. They serve exceptionally good meals and we had a great evening. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes are very generous. They go out of their way to make sure everything is ok with your meal. Would definitely recommend this restaurant in Puerto Rico and will definitely be returning.

The last restaurant . You see the correct informacion. Luminoso informativo. Nice view. Tapas paellas fish meat.
Visited on basis of great TripAdvisor rating on the Monday of Hols only to find it closes that day. Returning on the Wednesday, we received a warm welcome and despite not booking, a table was found for us.Drinks sorted out, menu viewed and we decided on having starters of 5 Tapas between the three of us - real mistake as these are pretty large portions. We had:Black pudding (Local made with almonds (7 good sized slices which tasted lovely)Garlic Bread with Aleoli- 8 piecesCanarian Potatoes - 15 mixed size Potatoes - beautifulChorizo & onions - fabulous tasting in a large bowl and were almost a meal in themselves. For mains, I had Salmon with a mint sauce and vegetables. A combination I would never have thought would go together. In fact, as presented it didn't. The salmon was delicious, a large fillet but absolutely covered in a thick cream sauce which had only a hint of mint - not at all nice. When I scraped the sauce off, the meal became tasty and the mint presence complemented the fish - please chef, don't overdo the sauce and especially the heavy cream constituent. The other two diners had Scampi which both described as dry, bland and tasteless. Major issue was the coating on the pretty large pieces of Scampi. They found it was so dry as to be inedible but removed from each piece, the Scampi itself was not too bad.Good starters and perhaps unfortunate choice of mains left us undecided about a return visit.
