I was first taken to this place well, lets just say decades ago !! in the 1970's. The place hasn't changed (apart from having Wifi). Went last week for a family birthday. We almost always have the same shared food choices. That is, Sopas Mallorquina (I think that is my favourite), Fritio, Blood sausage (2 types) a bowl of snails and to follow Lamb Chops. All cooked on the grill in the corner of the room. We always start with a plate of P'am Boli, toasted of course, with tomatoes, and olive oil. You have to just have the one piece or you won't make dessert !! If I have room, I always have their home made Almond ice cream, usually I have it with a shot of vodka (I know, that's what I thought too, but try it, you won't regret it!!), but as I was driving I had just the ice cream, which is still great. With the coffeet they bring two bottles (sweet and dry) of their home made Hierbas. The trick is to mix a bit of both, and enjoy with a coffee (or two) when not driving. The wine, unless you chose a bottle they will bring you a jug of to be honest a bit basic white or red wine, which is improved by adding gaseosa, The place has been run by the same families for years, and is hugely popular with locals and tourists alike. If you go on a Sunday you will have to book or wait for a table. Is it 'Authentic' (Rough and Ready), yes. The food is basic but well cooked from quality local ingredients, and from meat suppliers close to the restaurant that also are the same for decades. There are I am sure many similar places, but I have been coming to this one forever and apart from the prices (which are still low) it hasn't changed. If you want a genuine experience of Mallorca, this is as real as it gets, at least as a dining experience. Try it. You might get hooked too!

Visited for lunch on the last Wednesday in October, arrived as it opened and was predictably quiet, by the time we left it was packed, obviously a popular restaurant with the locals.Grilled meats are the speciality and the suckling lamb, sucking pig and Iberico tenderloin were all superb. Very friendly welcome and attentive service throughout.May not have time this week, but will definitely return on my next visit to Mallorca.

Traditional Portuguese and mediterranic food in the heart of beautiful Sineu. La Nata a varied flavors of Portugal such as Choricz, cod fish, homemade codfish pasties, sauted mushrooms, homemade piglet pasty among with other plates. Most of desserts in Po
A wonderful, friendly family-run Portuguese restaurant in the heart of the pretty, quaint town of Sineu! My kids love the burgers as well as the iced tea (everything home-made, of course), I can live on the empanadillas (pastry filled with suckling pig - yummy!!!) and champiñones (baked mushrooms with lots of garlic and fresh coriander)⦠A pastel portugues for dessert is to die for!!!The service is amazingly friendly - and the entire family so sweet,a definite must if you're in the heart of Mallorca!

We enjoy visiting Es Centro on a Sunday night in the summer when there is live music, lots of tables in the street and a great atmosphere! The food menu is varied, good value and the service is friendly and relaxed.

Probably very busy in the summer, as itâs still pretty popular in December!Itâs no wonder why, the views are absolutely stunning. Sometimes restaurants in places like this donât make an effort because they donât need to. These guys donât rely on their location alone; the food and service are as superb as the views. Quite a magical experience.

We were happy to return to this beautifully situated restaurant high above Montuiri. Sadly as on previous occasions we were the only diners, but the greeting was as warm as ever, Pedro is a charming, attentive and generous host. The food, especially if you choose a slow cooked lamb or kid dish, is delicious and great value. This year he brought his wife, the cook, out to meet us and we were pleased to compliment her on her food. We ran out of time for a second visit this holiday, but look forward to returning next year.

I'd been in Montuiri for the Monday market and popped in this bar for a drink. It's conveniently situated on the corner of the market square opposite the church. It was a little early, so I ordered a pa amb oli to put me on till lunch. It could have put me on till the middle of the week! With ham, cheese and pickles, it was the perfect example of this traditional Mallorcan dish. There is a large terrace with views out along the Pla. The other food looked good, but, unfortunately, I didn't have room. This is not haute cuisine, just a good, friendly bar serving wholesome local food and excellent value for money.

SâHostal is a restaurant located in the little town called Montuïri, in the center of Mallorca Island. It is a restaurant (or bar), where you can taste the typical local dish called âPa ambo liâ (local cured sausages and cheeses with local bread and tomato) and it is located in a traditional and old house in the town. Coming here is an experience, where you can taste a Mallorcan dish (I recommend the âvariatâ to taste somethings, with different cured suasages and cheeses), drink a typical red wine and especially speak with local people and the staff, who was very nice and helped me a lot with my baby.I come here with my baby and we tasted obviously a âpa amb oli variatâ and both enjoy a lot whit it: simple, but very good. A very recommendation option, especially with children.

Great pizza with classic and some more inventive variations. They also have classic mallorquin and pasta dishes. Loved the dough and the fillings. Also very friendly staff and a great outdoors dining place.Plus home made ice Cream that was Delicious, and like most often in the countryside Mallorca very modest prices, the pizzas are at 9-12 EUR but very much worth it.Highly recommended!

Lugar acogedor en una céntrica calle peatonal, donde degustar nuestra gran variedad en tapas, asà como nuestra cocina mediterránea: paellas, rabo de Toro, mollejas de Cordero, solomillo, sepia a la plancha, etc
We had to wait 1h for bad food that wasn't even complete. The chicken wings were almost raw with lots of bloody bites. The waitress was unable to cope with complains and even simple orders. No se cuando estubiste aqui para esperar una hora cosa que no suele ocurrir nunca creo que te equivocas de restaurante si no es asi te pido disculpas .pero aqui nadie espera una hora.
