Gyros, Pizza
This fast food gyros bar used to one of the best in Pécs. Today it is average. They food there is not bad, not good, the prices are okey. Now when there is a gyros bar at every corner, you can find better ones. Still, it's okey, and won't be disappointed.

A Trüffel cukrászda a tradicionális magyar és a modern európai cukrászat ötvözeteként 2010-ben nyitott. Mind fagylaltjainkat, mind süteményeinket tiszta alapanyagokból alkotjuk meg, valódi gyümölcsöt, magas kakaótartalmú, kiváló minÅségű csokoládét, tönkö
We are several times per year in Pecs for family visit and like cakes. We went there because of the many good reviews. We were not disappointed. The "Somloi galuska" is the best I have ever tried in Hungary, and I have tried a lot in the past years. The coffee is also very good and also the other cakes. There are only very few tables to sit inside, most people take it away. I hope they will enhance the sitting area when they get more customers. Also the coffee is very good. Even though it is not in the city center, it is worth to go there 5 minutes by car from city center to this place.

Had to grab something for dinner quickly before we would starve to death and took the chance and asked for a table without even looking up the place on TripAdvisor. The place turned out to be literally awesome. The motto is "be cool" and they are. They are cool, and yet professional. The food was amazing, literally licked all my fingers clean. A bit more option for vegetarians would be cool, but it's already perfect.Music is provided by the in house DJ.Definitely want to revisit when I'm back in Pécs.

Food was good, very large rack of ribs, bucket of chicken wings and a really good bottle of cabernet Sauvignon. We needed some comfort food and this fitted the bill tremendously. It has indoor & outdoor dining and even though not busy was very comfortable and the staff very attentive.

It's funny that this restaurant is a part of a petrol station. The place is very popular, and that is the reason that it's hard to find parking place. Mon-fri menu has wide selection, it changes from day to day.Pizza is large, it is made in owen, has average italian ingredients, nothing special.Good coffee.

Our restaurant was founded in 2000, and has been open since. Besides the Hungarian tastes, we offer a selection of the most popular meals from many famous North American and Italian restaurants. Our dishes are prepared fresh, thus in some cases our kind g
My wife and I visited the restaurant many times. Mostly it is completely reasonable and the food is good, while the service level is decreasing month by month, year by year. And why do the music have to be so loud?Dear BSM523! Thank you for honouring our small Hungarian city's restaurants with 20% of your comments as Danish man. Out of these restaurant you gave 5-star ratings on 3 occasion to the same restaurant, while you rated all the other close restaurants with 2-3 stars. After reviewing your activity on TripAdvisor, we found it very strange that you, supposedly a Danish person, gave a comment in English to a restaurant in Copenhagen, while most probably you could express yourself better in your mother tongue in your home country. It's also quite interesting that from Spain to Poland you rated 18 restaurants at the same time, most likely 17 of them out of "memory". Based on my personal opinion, I would like to recommend to everyone to look around as tourist in the visited city, and form your own personal opinion on which restaurant to visit and spend a lovely evening in.I am writing this especially because as a tourist myself in other cities, in the past I also based my choice on the reviews a restaurant got prior to the visit, and in many cases it was a mistake. A big mistake, because unfortunately in many cases the reviews have been written out of bad intention, only to discredit a given place.Let me clarify, we do understand and accept that a restaurant can be perceived for certain guests as expensive, for others it is very cheap, for some itâs too loud, while for others it gives a good vibe, for some the portions are small, while for others they are too big. It is also a bit strange when we are incentivized to compare a very different restaurants to each other, like a ruin bar with a high standard restaurant, while the guests of these establishments are very different, so itâs not comparing apple to apple anymore. In any case, people are diverse and opinions can differ for each and every person, and itâs all right. However, the problem is that now anyone can submit anonymous comments, which might not always been based on personal experiences. Therefore, I would like to recommend to the administrators of the site to ask for further authentication. A good example for instance is Booking.com, where people can only write a comment after they confirmed their stay there, therefore the interested tourists will most likely read about true, authentic personal experiences.

On the positive side: the quality of the food was really good. The king prawns were perfectly crispy-but-juicy, and the calamaris were not chewy either. Tagliatelle was cooked just well. My wife's Cesar salad was also nice, but depressingly huge. The one who chooses salad for main course, wants something light. Why the size of a haystack (priced accordingly)? Of course, one doesn't have to eat the whole lot, but the days of cooking for the trash bin are over. I hate the concept of wasting food. Doggy bag is not always an option.A couple, seated in a very hot corner moved over to a more airy table. Out of the blue a waitress popped up wit a "reserved" sign, and sent them back in some cold-polite manner, because the other table had been "reserved for the parents of a colleague". The people were too nice to argue, but the situation was quite embarrassing.I read the other reviews about 10% service fee included. I specifically asked it, and I was told it was not. It seems like it changed (or I was cheated for the tip). Anyone, better check it before you pay.
