This is so far my favourite restaurant during my stay in Sr Lanka. Fabulous home cooked meals from this family run business.We have eaten here several times & never had any meal that wasn't delicious.Lots of variety with flavour packed traditional dishes.I leave full every time & this eatery could not be better value for your money Staff extremely friendly with quick service & always with a smile.If you want an amazing taste sensation with traditional fare you can't go wrong here.Yummo!!!!!

It looked promising on first impressions, set in a nice little courtyard with nice lighting and ceiling fans, orders were taken quite quickly, but when the food came it was disappointing and small portions and not that tasty given the ratings. We left still hungry and said we won't go there again! Thank you for your review. We feel that our portion sizes and prices are reflecting of the type and quality of food that we provide. First of all the food is very very good, fresh and tasty. They have a lovely little garden and the family lives right there. We got to know them all because we visited the place many times. I will defenitely go back. Seafood is specially good. The father is a fisherman himself.Thank you for visit us and have nice talking with us.welcome many more times.

Great food we ordered Sri Lankan curry and they cooked all different types for us was absolutely tasty and good. Slightly more expensive then what we have been used to paying I. Sri Lanka But all the same still good value. Always lovely people helpful and kind.

Went there on 23rd March. It's a covered area at the back of their house and very much home cooking. The freshly cooked spring rolls were very good and the cuttlefish curry was also really tasty. Everything is cooked to order so I can imagine you need to be patient if it is busy. We really liked the food. We recommend this place as long as you dont mind 3 cats hanging around under your table.

Visited this place in search of food, Didn't expect it to be amazing. Make reservation for dinner as they prepare food for limited nuber of guests. The host was kind enough to serve us without reservation. The vegetables were just fantastic. The only thing left was licking the plate. Felt hilarious while seeing another guest doing the same.

We did not stay at this lovely property but ate in it 3 nights out of 7! Food was wonderful, beside the sea with turtles popping their heads up a few metres away in the waves. Great, friendly staff and freshly prepared food. Also one of the fab swings that goes over the sea is part of the property.
