In Arendal on business, needed a light meal just to keep me going whilst staying at the Thon nearby. The service was very quick and friendly, the food choices covered most peoples' requirements - I don't have any allergies or special requirements, but the menu (available in both Norwegian and English/American), was very clear for gluten and other dietary issues. Ate here twice as it was very good value for money.

This cafe in located in the Amfi Arena shopping center so it's often quite busy, but it's still worth the visit. They have lots of yummy dishes and a delicious bread they bake themselves and always give great service with that extra personal touch. Being vegan there are a number of dishes I don't eat as they contain animal products, but I love their side dish of sweet potato fries so much that I often order it as my main with a bit of salad on the side. For people with a sweet tooth you won't be disappointed. Many scrumptious treats to choose from. And there's also a wide selection of teas and other products you can purchase and take with you.
