We went there with the family to try the daily menu. The place tries to be cool, the music (from youtube) is very loud, staff is ok, but they are not professionals. Parking is good near to the entrance. Soup was good, and the meals were ok too. My coffee was tasty.

In my view this pub is good for everyone, reasonable prices, lot of discounts and nice service. Sometimes music is too loud for special dating. I suggest it for travellers, whoes are like backpack travelling ang don't want to spent to much money to get dru... To sum up i like this pub so much!!!

Quite a large bar with lots of space both indoors and outdoors. They also serve fast-food/finger-food. It's not too expensive and it's also in the quieter part of downtown Szeged. The location and design of the bar is clever and very friendly. Sit either inside on the couches with friends drinking tea or beer, or sit outside at the patio tables during good weather. Just like its name, Nyugi ('relax' in Hungarian), it is a great place to chill out. They also have free WiFi.

We went to Gringo's after walking in the centre for hours and were not disappointed. The restaurant looks welcoming, nice interior, they have a huge outside patio, definitely the place to sit in a warm summer evening. We did not book but managed to get a table. It was a Tuesday and still it was busy so I assume booking can be an advantage escpecially for weekends.Service was OK, nothing major or extraordinary, nice staff. The food arrived quickly and it was... AWESOMEWent for one of the burgers and it was HUGE, filled with all goodness, tasted really nice.It was spicy, juicy, lots of cheese, really loved it.Would come back anytime and would recommend.

I was very surprised about the quality of the food and the services. The burgers are probably best in town. We tried the Papa burger, 4 times, all of them where super. The meet is in normal 200g, cheese 100g, and the rest, so you need to be hungry for this. The French Fries are made in duck grease, phenomenal taste. The service was very kind and helpful, very human. The atmosphere outside is marvelous, also inside we saw, it's very trendy.Warmly recommend to visit if you are in Szeged.

every month or so we drive through Szeged and it was always a problem finding a good place to have lunch. We are after our third visit and we will be back. The place is in an excellent location, a few minutes walk from downtown, on a street with a fair few restaurants. Nice interior and also a very nice terrace. In the summer I can only suggest outside seating, of course. Sports are broadcasted on the inside television sets, nice atmosphere for watching some major event in a group. The food is of a solid good to excellent, big enough servings, drinks as expected with a sports bar, the beers, the wines, the strong ones are all there. I particularly appreciated the service. The mineral water comes with lemon, without asking. Bottled beers come with fresh glasses every time - this is a particular favourite of mine, I hate pouring new beer in a used glass... In conclusion, if in Szeged, this is the place to go. Cheers!

The entrance to this restaurant is a bit hard to miss, I only found it through Trip Advisor. At the moment it is the #1 ranked restaurant in Szeged. So is it true? Not really!First of all the food tasted great, but not magnificient. The meat, even though it was minced, had some bad, hard parts in it. I had a "Unicorn burger" which costed about 3000 forint, so it's prices like Western Europe, definiately more expensive than the average in Hungary. The staff was friendly and helpful. Most of the menu was available in English, except the drinks. The interior is nice. There is also an outdoor area which is quite cozy, but it's not really separted from another backyard, so it feels a bit like half restaurant, half backyard. There is also no wifi access in the outdoor area.If you want a tasty burger and maybe some drinks and don't care about the price, this is a good place to go. The price is too high for the quality you get though. The standard is between cheap and middle class, but the prices are between middle class and upper class. If you want good value for money, I would not recommend this place.
