I found service to be extremely fast, between us my friend and I got a salad, the stuffed cabbage rolls, polenta, a soup and stuffed peppers. My own dish was terrific. I got the stuffed peppers and was not disappointed. Probably worth ordering a side of polenta to soak up the sauce though.Total price for this and two beers was 75 lei, which is extremely good for the quantity we got! My friend said that the fish soup was excellent. Music played at the restaurant was the best kind of awful. All the cheesy hits.

The fish is always fresh, so the food is great. The view is astonishing, you can admire the sea right from your table and if youâre going with children, they can play nearby. Itâs better to make a reservation since itâs pretty crowded, but definitely worth the wait.
Terasa Radulescu is a non-pretentious fish restaurant. It does not look good, but it tastes good. Diverse fish menu, basic cooking, well executed. Fast friendly service. Very convenient prices.
Our restaurant offers you a great variety of food and drinks! If you are looking for the real taste of traditional Romanian food here is the perfect place!
The restaurant is very big, probably designed to accommodate large crowds during the summer. The staff was very friendly, but the food was not more than average. We had fish, shark and schnitzel with a bottle of white Romanian wine, plus ice cream and a chocolate cake, all good but nothing memorable. The fish was a bit overcooked and dry, with plenty of bones.Decorations are basic and, while it is has large windows on two sides, the covered terrace surrounding the restaurant takes most of the natural light.

Went there for the famous "Papanasi" and I was not disappointed. There are very good, large portions, good food, good cocktails, nice atmosphere. Even if it was a busy hour for them, they still managed to serve the food quickly. Nice, friendly staff, the restaurant is close to the beach and has affordable prices.

I eat here every time in Neptun, I think I know their menu perfect. It's probably the best ratio quality - price. Good personnel, nice place, food is okay, although don't expect to find something dazzling. I recommend it, as I had no problems in the last 4 years here.

The pizzas were not well cooked. Poor taste. The red wine was disgusting, we complained and got the message the wine was good! On top we had to wait quite long. Sorry but weâre very disappointed. Poor choice of restaurants in this place. A bit further in 2 Mai thereâre plenty of restaurants along the road.

This is one of the best restaurants in the area albeit only average compared to many other restaurants elsewhere. This is supported by the many locals who eat here. The waiters are more attentive than in most other Romanian restaurants and the menu offers a good choice of meat and fish dishes. The food is freshly prepared and comes with the ubiquitous side dishes. In the evenings there is live music and entertainment (dancers etc.), and the music is rather strange for my taste.

We ate there twice, 3 families with kids. The good:The menu is quite diverse, traditional Romanian food as well as Italian stuff. They have a nice terrace and live music on some evenings. The bad:If it's crowded, you'll end up waiting a lot to order, though the food will be served quite fast. There is a ship themed playground for kids full of problems. One of the slides it's made of tin and it's broken in a couple of places. Kids can bruise very easily. The pavement is irregular and full of holes, hence the little ones stumbled a lot. Some of the wooden parts are quite loose and kids need constant supervision.I have no idea how they received authorization for this playground.Food, although it was tasty, we have a big suspicion that we got some sort of gastroenteritis/food poisoning. The day after eating there, some of the kids in our group started throwing up, complain about stomach aches and cramps and had high fever. You can only pay with cash.
