The menu could be better- sea food is not the best.. but I loved my meat (pig)! And yes, the sweet.. is very sweet.. (not on my taste) but it is perfect! We've enjoyed that night with the air conditioner opened.. the stuff is nice and tolerant. The party was private so I am not sure that they don't have bar-tender and music or our organizer didn't want bartender and music..

The restaurant is located not in the city center - a walk about 10 minutes from the center - but definitly worth for your lunch or dinner.Dreamy and homey atmosphere, especially in the romantic garden.Clean as expected in a 4*.The staff friendly and quickly, the menu offers a big variety with a local and international twist.Food excellent, presented in an attractive way.Good choice of wines as well.We enjoyed a very nice dinner and felt welcome by the chef himself as well by the service. We will come back for sure!!!

We came around 20:30. Waited for some friends until 21:30 (drinking some beers or lemonades) and then we all ordered food... which came around 22:30.6 out of 7 said the food was EXCELENT. So 5 stars. Mine was an exquisite grilled salmon and shrimp with mushroom creamy rice (al dente) and salad. Very equilibrated. Price was ~40-43 RON for my dish. My wife had various fried sea food (pané) and she was the only one without an "excelent" rating because of the overcooking. The rest had fried fish (two of them), fish salad, fish in salty sauce, fish in shrimp sauce, which they were fond of. Kids had fish roe, salmon salad and Carbonara pasta which they did not complain about (I tasted the salmon in in the salmon salad and it was very good).Location is nice, well decorated, seats are comfy, air is fresh but sometimes the breeze is coming from the water treatment plant (rarely), mosiquitoes had their happy hour... hence 4 stars.Serving was actually OK-ish. The waiter was a plain local girl with minimum (restaurant) manners and language, but not rude, so on tho OK side. The time we waited (1 hour) was on the medium to long side. So only 3 stars. However, the wait was worth it.So I give the final 4 stars as an average of the raitings of the food, location and serving, but I really recommend to visit this restaurant! One of the best in Braila.

We were passing by and decided to stop for lunch as it appeared not too busy at this time of the day. We had 2 lemonades, the traditional "ciorba de burta" and BBQ chicken wings and "papanasi" for desert. Soup was good and tasty, served with bread, garlic, chilly pepper. Chicken wings came with potatoes and salad. Overall, lunch was great and would recommend the place to a family with children.

We arrived about 9pm. The place wasnât overly busy: the terrace was maybe 3/4 full and inside was empty. After looking at the menu (which seemed slightly pricy for Braila) when we tried to order we were told âbecause weâre busy because of the footballâ - it was Portugal v Spain - âfood will take at least 90 minutes.â For whatever reason, whether because we had a small child or we werenât local, we just felt like we werenât welcome. No problem: bye!

An intalian restaurant with very great family athmosfere.
The food is always tasty. I especially like the fish soup, the risotto with spinach and salsiccia, and the simple but amazing grilled octopus. The waitresses know the menu very well and are always happy to advise. They are relaxed and friendly and pay equal attention to all tables, without hovering. The buffet also has amazing variety, too bad it's not available during summer. The prices are not for everyone, but it's worth to go once in a while. I recommend it to everyone going to Braila.

The restaurant is located in a 150-year-old building .In these years it was a private home, a bank, and now a restaurant . The place emanates nostalgia, style and good life .The waiter allowed us to visit the wine cellar and the other rooms in the basement and I am grateful! Impeccable service, excellent food! I returned 3 times to this restaurant in my visit to Braila .

Beautiful location in an old renovated mansion, relaxed atmosphere, music not very loud.Food is excellent and waiters very professional! Great for lunch or dinner. Not good for events as it has many separations and rooms but wonderful for a business dinner or lunch. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Braila, with a variety of dishes for all tastes.Very good coffee!
