Ordered a takeaway meal and it took forever -- must have waited 45+ minutes for the food after being told several times it would only be another 5 minutes. They need some time management or they were waiting for the vegetables to grow. Disappointing -- even if they were busy being up front and telling me the real time frame would have been helpful. Food good when it finally arrived but the delay unfortunately left me disappointed.Thanks for the feedback and sorry, our driver had trouble finding your address. My husband and I came for dinner. They seated us near the grill and I was to hot. So the lovely man moved us, turned of the heater and made sure I was comfortable...that was a great start. And it just got better. All the staff are really lovely...explained all the food. Plenty of drink choices are reasonable prices. We shared a few dished...sushi and sashimi were so fresh and melt in your mouth, a fantastic cooked salmon dish with beetroot was even better...but our most favourite was the tacos.... Yes tacos. The salmon ceviche taco was one of the best things we have tasted. If we are ever in Arrowtown again we will return for sure.Dear Alison K, Thank you for your kind review. Incredible food, incredible service and great atmosphere. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Fantastic menu.. something for everyone. A few of my favourites are the crispy lamb bao buns, crispy duck, sticky pork ribs, edamame beans... I could go on! (and on)! An absolute must go to in beautiful Arrowtown :)

We live in Thailand and my partner is Thai, and we were were impressed with the food here. Authentic Thai flavours, fresh ingredients, and amenable service. The best Thai food we had in a month in New Zealand, and equal best Asian restaurant in general over that period. Thai chef, pleasant casual ambience.

This is our second time trying Queenies dumpling. First time was at Glenorchy, we were amazed with the quality of their noodle soup and dumplings. It didnât taste like those frozen dumplings, everything taste right even the soup. We are at Queenies Arrowtown and the quality still the same, same taste and yummy. I would come back here again all the time, Iâm super sad thereâs no Queenies in Auckland but yeah everyone should stop by and enjoy Queenies. They have 3 branches, Queenstown, Glenorchy and Arrowtown.
