Now under new ownership! Established in 1981, Megs has continued to lead the field by being the only restaurant in the area to receive 21 consecutive NZ Beef & Lamb Gold plates(incl. 2019) and win both the recent Central Otago Lamb Dish of the Year and NZ
Roaring Megs is an elegant restaurant in Queenstown, with white tablecloths, attentive service and an excellent wine list. It is a small, family owned/run place and reflects the care and dedication of chef Jeanneret. The menu is not extensive, but every item is carefully prepared and presented. Try the Pork Belly appetizer or the three cheese ravioli. For a larger group, start with the Tasting Platter. The highlight is the rack of lamb, or, if you prefer, the confit of lamb shoulder. They are superb! If you are looking for something different, the Marlborough Hare or the Fiordland Venison might be your best choices. The extensive list of desserts deserves your attention too, so be sparing with bread and butter. The wine list focuses on local wines and the wines are well selected and priced.

The views are truly overwhelming from this establishment... lake, mountains, township, and weather. It not only provides the backdrop to handsomely styled interiors, but permeates the very essence of Lombardiâs raison dâêtre. Three unique spaces comprise
Just what we needed after an early morning flight from Melbourne. The wood fired lasagne was very tasty and a memorable dish. The burger was also excellent. This place is a great warm and cosy venue to have lunch. The views are to die for and the entrance to the hotel is warm and inviting. I particular enjoyed the welcome water which was infused with fruit. Our waitress was attentive and looked after us.

Open from brunch until late you can expect hearty healthy New Zealand fare sourced from fresh local ingredients. Try the localsâ favourite the three hour slow-roasted rib eye, or the Cecil Peak lamb. Or why not enjoy an afternoon aperitif with one of Ivy
My wife and I visited Ivy and Lolaâs for breakfast on a recent trip to Queenstown. I ordered the Hot Smoked Hoki. This white fish, similar to cod, was nicely flakey and smoky and was paired with creamy savory potato gratin, yolky poached eggs, fresh crisp greens, and a flavorful salsa verde. The dish was an enjoyable combination of flavors and textures. Overall, Ivy and Lolas is a quality spot for breakfast.

The London brings a taste of London nightlife to the heart of Queenstown. Located in the heart of downtown Queenstown on Shotover Street, The London offers an industrial underground vibe with a mix of steel, tiles and exposed brick. Dine in the cosy booth
We visited The London on our first night in Queenstown a week ago. Great pizza, fantastic pasta and good vibe. We received excellent service from a lovely young girl named Georgia and we enjoyed our visit so much we decided to go there again today on our first day back in Queenstown. Georgia was there again and we were warmly greeted - and the chef remembered our special pizza order! We will definitely return again during our visit in Queenstown. Highly recommended. Hi LuckybelHow lovely to hear what a great experience you had! Georgia is a great member of our team, she'll be so pleased to hear your comments. We love to have returning customers - can't wait to see you back!RegardsThe London Team

Modern New Zealand cuisine served Tapas style with tasting plates. Fresh, local produce. Outstanding wine selection and brilliant cocktail list. Please note it is not possible to reserve tables - Eichardt's is a small bar with 7 tables only, bookings are
Been here before and still a great place to visit and eat. Relaxing interior with pleasant view of waterfront. Had a few different serves of tapas. All well cooked and tasty. Had a mocktail that was delicious. Wait staff friendly and efficient. Nothing to complain about and a nice place to spend time and relax

RÄtÄ pays homage to Southern New Zealand. A modern light-filled eatery tucked away in the centre of bustling Queenstown, surrounded by an urban forest of native trees with a backdrop of some of the regions oldest historic buildings. It is the essence of N
This is a beautiful and upmarket restaurant. We were part of a big group of around 35 people. The food was delicious and presented very well and the service was good and attentive despite a very busy night. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place, have been here every time we visit Queenstown over the past 3 years. The food is excellent and the setting is divine. Recommend booking in advance as it is quite popular these days. The rosè was not as delightful as previous years but still good. Seafood chowder is excellent as are the prawns. The service was a bit lax at first (25 mins waiting for the wine) but they rallied and all went well with the food. Kids menu is also available and very good.

This is a 6-7 minute drive out of Queenstown in a residential area, but well worth it. The food is absolutely first rate, different from the usual tourist menu, served by one of the owners in afriendly, laid back but efficient manner while the other owner
Always excited to dine here, the food is generous, fresh, beautifully presented and the wines are incredible. The owners are so warm and friendly and really go above and beyond to make you feel at home and that you are important even with a full restaurant. The food came quickly and we couldn't even order a dessert we were so full after an entree and main. Keep up the great work, until we meet again!

Hidden away down a back alley in the center of Queenstown behind a rustic old wooden door, The Bunker offers discreet and intimate 'rustic' fine dining â specializing in red meats, game and local produce with a distinctly New Zealand flavour complimented
This is a small restaurant that requires booking. The service was impeccable, well informed and able to advise on any detail. Their wine list is extensive and their recommended wine match was very appropriate. The pricing was high, but for the quality and experience it was reasonable, I have it on my contact list so we can dine there whenever we are in Queenstown.
