Dinner night at Bistro Bree56 is enjoying good food in the philosophy of chef Jeroen van der Holst. Jeroen is a no-nonsense chef. He adds his own twist to classic, proven dishes, but can easily surprise with new flavor combinations as well. Jeroen van der

Jeanpagne is a French bistro and winebar in the centre of Leiden. We serve pure products at a reasonable price and poor lots of beautifull wines by the glass.
We've been here (from Scotland) a few times before and returned again this trip for lunch, champagne then more champagne a few days later. It's lovely and relaxing sitting outside watching people and boats go by, and also inside too when the rain came on. The owner is very friendly and staff are nice. I'd highly recommend visiting Jeanpagne. I wish I was back there right now!

Salt is a new beachfront restaurant in the location of the former Zon en Zeebad. It is owned by the neighbouring five star hotel Huis ter Duin. Food and service are quite upscale, prices are in line with this. I enjoyed a cappuccino and a sandwich eal (broodje paling). Service was quick and professional.

Pure ingredients, full of flavor, are key at Suzie's & Van Aken's. "As a Chef and Patissier we work with products whose origin and quality are known to us. Combinations of taste are prepared for you with the utmost precision and attention. Enjoy a culinar
An eight month old hidden jewel worthy of a Michelin Star. The ingredients are real premium . An innovative cuisine yet sublet and flavorful taste, small and very attentive service I could feel the passion in the food preparation if they they keep that passion a flare soon they will be Michelin rated. I enjoyed every bit it of the experience and I would definitely skip any of the nearby rated restaurants to repeat this dinner.

We were 5 couples prebooked for 5 course evening dinner. Arrived on time, seated immediately, water delivered immediately - still or sparkling options. Beautiful fresh baked bread kept coming; wine glasses topped up; service professional and seamless, food courses imaginitive, colourful and delicious. Outdoor seating well lit and comfortable. Sun protection for early part of evening. All dishes introduced and explained. Time between courses perfect. Not busy (Sunday). Works like a Swiss Watch. Adding on the decor, ambience, restrooms, noise level and comfort I find I can't take off any points - so a perfect 10! Well done.

Brasserie Park is the location to relax on our terrace, for lunch or dinner, have a drink at the bar, great for lounging with delicious bites and wines, to meet friends and family or to give a party in one of our rooms. We are happy to advice you!
Atmosphere is great, service is good, and the food is great. I had a luch with colleagues, and took the Hamburger, which is BIG...and very tasty.

We chose this restaurant because it was close to our hotel. Having read rather old reviews, we thought the â¬75 per person menu, matching wines to each dish would suit us. It is not our intention to insult the chef but only one dish was well prepared, The red wine served with it was a mismatch. We left thinking that there was neither flair in the cooking nor intuition when choosing wines to accompany the food. The lovely waitress repeated over and over her "set script" to the diners, who appeared to be tourists as we were. We thought it over priced and very pretentious to the point of discomfort.

High class service, topfood served in a fine, relaxed atmosphere. Established in 1997, more than twenty years Leiden's finest!
A great restaurant offering high end food at reasonable prices. We did the â¬80 a head mid week meal not realising that this also included a flight of wines to pair with every course. Water and coffee was complimentary which really gave an overall feeling of exemplary service. Food fantastic and service great and price reasonable. What more can you ask for!Definitely will be going back

Ich have been here auf few years before and they have kept und their Level in anderen touristic environment where the temptation is big to lower your colours to what everybody else is doing there. They offer meals (you choose the number of courses) and the composition is vergessen sophisticated, down to the desserts. Fish, very good choices of meat going with veggies in a very modern and nice way. The advice on the Wine was very helpful, as my choice on the house wine was not to my taste. The aussie replacement was first category.
