Somewhat unkindly put the atmosphere here is as if this is the only place in town. Packed and noisy with people enthusiastically celebrating that they at last found a place to eat, it seems. But this there are many options and this is more than a few ways is a good one. Nice people working there. Guinea fowl juicy but skin not crisp. On top of a bed of caramalized onions and red peppers. With fried polenta. Somehow in size not sufficient, also given the amount of risotto one of the others was served. Soup plate filled to the rim with almost the creamy al dente rice risotto needs to be. Too much. Good desserts and again a problem with size. A chocolate mousse was very good and sufficient. An Eton Mess was good but really really too tiny. It triggered thoughts of the cost as compared to the price (6.50 euro) paid. That is ways a bad sign. So crisp the skin, balance the amounts served better and make a real mess of the Mess. Still: give it a try!

I visited here for dinner with my partner as it had been recommended to us. OMG we were not disappointed!!! We had the chateaubriand which was cooked exactly how we like it, served with tasty chips and ratatouille. We then shared a strawberry shortcake for dessert and the flavours were delicious. It is the best meal we have had in a very long time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Staff were lovely, attentive, polite, knowledgeable and interesting to talk to. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

A fun, atmospheric little place with trains running around the ceiling (even in the loo!) and airplanes twirling from the ceiling fans. All kinds of pancakes (savory as well as sweet) and poffertjes on offer, and kids get a balloon. But be warned: it is tiny inside, no room for a buggy, stroller, or wheelchair. There is an outdoor terrace, accessible by some steps. Not open until 1pm some days.

Having heard good reviews, we found this homely little haven & met a friend from the other side of the world. Cosy, friendly, tasty, fresh. Staff made us feel like home, breads straight from the oven, coffee made with care. long shared tables, newspapers, family friendly.

If you love high quality street food with explosive tastes, this is the place. Iâve been here many, many times and it never disappoints. They serve an excellent and original mix between the Surinam and Turkish kitchen. Extremely friendly owner, great hospitality. I highly recommend getting your lunch here. Absolutely the best lunch room in Dordrecht. Thanks u for your review, hope to see you soon back at Broodbar Boer'n Bontje.Best regards,Ãzlem & Jermain

The coffee is top Italian, orginal smoothies drinking like heaven, plates full off Brazilian fruits and sandwiches with homemade sauces. Above that gives this young couple the guest from Dodrecht the feeling of being received as a new friend. Now they started three days ago and the guest are max satisfied.

Happened upon this restaurant by chance staying nearby in the pleasant old town of Dordrecht. The restaurant is small and comfortable with excellent service and GREAT food. Definitely fine dining and definitely a place for foodies. Well worth a visit if you're in the locale...try!

We visited The Erwtenpeller Bistro on the evening of Valentine's Day withjust the two of us. We were received at the door. The decor was warm / cozy with a gas fireplace through which one can see the other part of the restaurant. All tables are arranged so that you can always look out with a view at the busy rivers Merwede, North and Oude Maascoming together and the skyline of the historic city of Dordrecht. The dining experience is beyond that of what you'd normally expect from a bistro. My husband opted for the 3 course Valentine menu (30 euros) and I made my choice from the "normal" three-course menu (34 euros). Possibly we could choose 4 courses. We got an appetizer and fresh bread beforehand. The signs were put up tasteful. The fries were fabulously tasty and there was also a salad. The meat super tender (veal rib-eye and sirloin from the Valentine's menu). Really mature flavor. If I can still give something of criticism: the dessert was very tasty, but for a bistro it may in my opinion have more volume. And one of the waitresses was a bit unsure and uncomfortable about. We assume that it will be fine, because it seems to us inspiring to work in such a fine restaurant. We definitely come back and take over other people it!

We bring Paris and new York to Dordrecht. BistroTwee33 on the Wijnstraat in the old historical centre of Dordrecht is the ideal place to drink a good glass of wine during happy hour time or in the evening to dine in French style. By tasting the dishes you
When we arrived at this medium sized bistro (about 50 seats) we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our table. The waiter (Peter) went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We wanted to order wine by the glass and had plenty to choose from against acceptable prices for a decent size glass. Water from the tap for free (that's how it should be!). All our dishes were well prepared and tasted delicious and were nicely decorated and laid out. For 50 euro per person for a three-course meal, accompanied with five glasses of good wine (the desert wines are worthwhile mentioning) we left feeling very happy and will certainly be back soon!
