We used to like Midwood Smokehouse ,but things have changed. We ordered brisket for dinner. I ordered lean and received a portion loaded with fat. The manager was very nice and did replace it with another portion of lean meat, unfortunately it was totally dried out.. My husband also ordered brisket and found his dried out also. We had invited another couple and they had ribs, which they were not crazy about either. Guess we have to find another barbeque place.Hey Judy, thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. Unfortunately, it seems as if the food was not up to par. Please email me at [email protected] as I would like to get some more info. Talk soon! ~Leslie

The good: our waitress was very nice. The bad: if youâre celiac or gluten intolerant, this is no the place for you.no dedicated fryers. No gf buns. All of the sauces contain wheat. I didnât ask about the seasoning on the meat. I just got a side salad to be safe. My husband has been here 4 or 5 times however itâs been nearly 2 years since his last visit. He said his BBQ sandwich didnât taste as good as it used to taste.

Went there on a Saturday night with my son's family. There were five of us including two small children. Staff were very helpful in making choices of food and beer. The recommended ribs and IPA were excellent. The waitress we had was extremely attentive and everyone loved their meal selections. I would highly recommend.

Swung in for lunch while in town with coworkers and it was a great choice. Well priced for the portions that were provided, and service was attentive and quick. Went with the Grilled Pimento Cheese and the side of house chips. Sandwhich was unique and included bacon bites. Soft bread made for an enjoyable lunch. House made chips were delightful, with great crispness and flavoring! Sweat tea was delicious.Overall this was a proper(!) lunch spot that we will likely stop at again this week. GM swung by the table which you hardly ever see. Would love to come back and go to the brewery next door. Great value for the price. Recommend highly

Famous Dave's has a passion for authentic BBQ. Our pitmasters get their hickory logs smoldering around 4am. We start with top quality meats, hand-rub them with fresh spices, and slow-cook them to perfection. We are excited to be a part of the Fort Mill co
We've been to this location 3-times over the past two months and each time have been very happy with everything. It's a little pricey, that's true. But after many a meal out looking for new places only to find disappointment, my wife said let's go to a place that's guaranteed to be good! This is that place for us. Have had the BBQ, Ribs and both were great! The mac and cheese is insanely good!! Baked beans are tremendous. Ice Cold Beer as well. Now you can't eat here all the time, but every now and then, this is a real treat! Love it! Waited till after our third visit to post a review. They're consistently great!

Sonny's BBQ of Rock Hill. Southern BBQ at its finest. Slow-smoking favorites like pulled pork, ribs, brisket since 1968.
Recently my wife and I received an email with a founder's day offer, and since we love the food here, we took advantage of the offer. Instead of eating in, we opted for take-out this time, although the recent remodel of the location is outstanding and the dining room experience is very good. The offer was for a $5 sliced pork sandwich with one side and a drink. As usual, we chose the green beans for our sides...they are the absolute best green beans anywhere. For dining in, enter the doors on the right. For carryout, enter the doors on the left. The carryout area was very busy with customers also taking advantage of the deal, but the server, Paige, handled the situation beautifully and efficiently. The food was outstanding, as usual. We highly recommend this place for great food and wonderful service.

On 2 large pieces of Texas toast,it was more like a Philly cheese steak than classic French dip,but very tasty without being salty. Do NOT park in front of laundromat that shares parking lot! Iced tea was perfectly brewed &refilled constantly. Waitresses were friendly.
