My husband and I have frequented this restaurant since it opened, both as dine-in and delivery customers. At first service and food were mostly wonderful, with the beginners hiccups, so we decided to give them a chance to smooth-out their operations. Over the past three or four months, both quality of service and food have deteriorated rapidly. Staff is rude, food is cooked incorrectly, delivery drivers sling the pizza and ruin the toppings. Anytime you question the staff, they are rude and it's a fight to get your food cooked properly and served and/or delivered without incident. We will no longer be frequenting this eatery.

After being told by two different people that I had to check out Brooklyn Express, I finally decided to take my nephew and give a pizza a try. Upon looking at the vast menu, I noted that a large pizza was $12.99... reasonable. I donât like red sauce on pizza so I informed the girl taking orders that I wanted a white pizza. She asked if I wanted a blanco something or other and I reiterated that I didnât want red sauce, just a white pizza with whatever they put on it. She indicated it was a butter sauce and garlic. Ok sounded reasonable. I then stated I wanted spinach, bacon, and feta....a combo I have gotten at pizza locales in pizzarias even in Italy (although the bacon was prosciutto.) She immediately looked confused and said she didnât know if they could do that... which should have been when I walked! She went in the back and came back indicating it would be âa little bit of an extra charge.â Ok... how much can feta be? So, I ordered my three topping pizza and waited about a half an hour. When I go to pay, they tell me my large three topping pizza will be $31 and change! What the hell??? THIRTY ONE DOLLARS? I questioned this and was given the excuse that they upcharged me for feta..... and toppings are $2.50 each... ok..$12.99 and three toppings at $2.50 is $20.... you charged me almost $11 for FETA? Then she tells me that a white pizza is $19.99! WTF? Seven dollars to get butter sauce and garlic rather that red sauce??! Iâve had NY pizza and genuine Italian pizza.. and this was nowhere close! I get home and the bottom was soggy and I needed a magnifying glass to find the feta. They have completely lost me and my trust. I can go to Dominos and order the same thing three times over and get a better pizza for the same price. VERY disappointed in this experience. If you like wasting ridiculous amounts of , get a second mortgage and order away! Me, not so much! Good luck with NY prices in SOUTH CAROLINA!

I take the time to review most all places that my Husband and I visit because I refer to TripAdvisor quite a bit myself, when making dining choices. I believe that people tend to think they are âsafeâ in assuming that a chain restaurant is a good choice and fairly consistent in the service, food, etc. they provide. This particular Olive Garden is a poor reflection on their company, in our opinion.Almost as soon as you walk in the door your nasal passages are very aware of a very sour smell. I am not sure what it is; however over the past few years, this smell has been quite pungent and still remains, as of our most recent visit. My best guess is that the carpets have not been cleaned in many years.Admittedly, we were in the restaurant, during their busy time. We had soup, salad and an order of Grilled Vegetable and Cheese Piadina and we were there for an hour and a half. Truly our server Heidi made all of the difference as to whether this meal was somewhat pleasant or a most unpleasant experience. Thankfully she continued to refill the salad bowl because the Piadina order was mixed up and took over forty-five minutes to be delivered to our table. When it came time to pay, we utilized the table paying system. It was very difficult to find where we were to insert our card into the chip reader. Heidi did come back to the table and demonstrated how to do it and went out of her way to print our receipt, as our particular machine had had a previous receipt jammed in it. She did say that they had âbeen having problems with this machineâ. Again Heidi is a real asset to this company, and kept a positive attitude through it all, even stating how much she appreciated our patience as we were leaving. We have no plans to return to this restaurant. They have quite a bit of competition that provides a much more pleasant dining experience.

The service was as to be expected at a walk in and order location. Food was delivered to table shortly after by a server saying name over and over, then dropped off food. The pizza was pretty good, the grinder was awesome. The location was clean and there were plenty of seats (some outside).

Met with family to celebrate the New Year. Arrived at 7pm on a Sunday and had a 20-minute wait for a six top. Server was bubbly, but distracted with multiple tables as it appeared they had already sent some staff home and closed some sections.Everyone reported his dinner selection was tasty, and celebratory dessert was good. Portions were plentiful on all accounts.

We love mushrooms and Alodiaâs has several dishes that feature mushrooms. Their Chicken Marsala and Mushroom Crespelle are delicious and come with enough mushrooms to have (at least) one piece in every bite! If that wasnât enough, they also come with plenty of sauce. There is nothing worse than getting an entree with a scant tablespoon of sauce and after the first two bites you are eating dry meat. Thank you Alodiaâs for being so generous, it did not go unnoticed! Thank you for taking the time to leave us an outstanding review! We are so thrilled to hear your meals were delicious and you enjoyed the sauce. Hoping you dine with us again soon!
